Genova Sampierdarena railway station (Italian: Stazione di Genova Sampierdarena) is located in Piazza Montano, in the Sampierdarena district of Genoa, Italy. It is Genoa's third most important railway station, after Genova Piazza Principe and Genova Brignole. The station is owned by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), a subsidiary of the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS) group. The commercial area of the station building is managed by Centostazioni.

Santi Quirico e Giulitta (Genoa)
The church Santi Quirico e Giulitta is a church in the Genovese quarter of San Quirico, located on val Polcevera. A church at the site is first recorded by 1143. It underwent a number of reconstructions and enlargements. By the 1840s, the church nearly lay in ruins, with the roof caving in. Construction of the present Neoclassic structure and façade began in 1849; it represents the designs of the architect Angelo Scaniglia, and was consecrated in 1851.
Battle of Voltri
Battle of Voltri on 10 April 1796 saw two Habsburg Austrian columns under the overall direction of Johann Peter Beaulieu attack a reinforced French brigade under Jean-Baptiste Cervoni during the French Revolutionary Wars. After a skirmish lasting several hours, the Austrians forced Cervoni to withdraw west along the coast to Savona. Voltri is now part of the western suburbs of the major Italian port of Genoa.
