Castel Capuano
Castel Capuano is a castle in Naples, southern Italy. It takes its name from the fact that it was at that point in the city walls where the road led out to the city of Capua. The castle is at the east end of via dei Tribunali and until recently housed the Naples Hall of Justice, which has now moved to the new Civic Center, the Centro Direzionale. The structure was built in the 12th century by William I, the son of Roger II of Sicily, the first monarch of the Kingdom of Naples.

The Botanical Garden of Naples, Italy is a research facility of the University of Naples Federico II. A Christian community was founded in the 1st century AD and the diocese was raised to the level of an Archdiocese in the 10th century. Two of Archbishops of Naples have been elected Pope, Paul IV and Innocent XII. In 2004 it counted c. 1,600,000 baptized people. The current ordinary of the Archdiocese of Naples is Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe.

Santa Caterina a Formiello is a church in Naples, in southern Italy, located at the extreme eastern end of the old historic center of the city, near the gate called Porta Capuana. The term Formiello comes from the forms or containers for water spouts found in the convent. It was founded about 1510, designed by Antonio Fiorentino Cava, and completed in 1593. The church was one of the first to introduce domes to Neapolitan churches.

The Palace of Capodimonte (Italian Reggia di Capodimonte) is a grand Bourbon palazzo in Naples, Italy, formerly the summer residence and hunting lodge of the kings of the Two Sicilies. It today houses the National Museum of Capodimonte and art gallery of the city. "Capodimonte" means "top of the hill", and the palace was originally just outside the city, which has now expanded to surround it, and somewhat cooler than the city in summer.

Its name derives from the Via Arenaccia road that divides the neighborhoods of San Lorenzo and Vicaria, which covers the area. The east-west boundaries are represented roughly by the Piazza Carlo III and the Corso Malta, while the north-west boundaries are represented from the beginning and end of the Via Arenaccia.

Santi Apostoli is a Baroque-style church in Naples, Italy. Legend holds that a church at the site was built atop a Temple of Mercury by Emperor Constantine. Restored by the Carraciolo Family, it was ceded in 1570 to the Theatine Order. By 1590, the adjacent cloister and monastery was designed by Francesco Grimaldi. In the early 17th century was reconstructed by Giacomo Conforti. In 1638, the work was continued by Bartolomeo Picchiatti.

Sant'Anna a Capuana is a church located on the piazza of the same name in Naples, Italy. The church was founded in the 16th century near the former city gate at Porta Capuana, as a small chapel for the monks of the Convent of San Francesco di Paola. Construction of the present structure dates from 1751, a design by Giuseppe Astarita. The interior has a raised altar reached by a double ramp stairwell. The canvas in the cupola depicts the Holy Family with St Anne by Marco Cardisco.
