Only 18% of the area will contain buildings. Two squares will be built at the southern and northern sides of the neighborhood with a 60 meter wide avenue linking them.

Bavli
Bavli is a neighborhood in central Tel Aviv, Israel, named after the Babylonian Talmud, and bounded by Hayarkon Park on the north, Ayalon highway to the east, Namir road to the west and Park Tzameret to the south. It was founded in 1957 and developed rapidly over the 1970s and 1980s. Due to its proximity to the city center and the park, it is considered a mostly upper middle class neighborhood, with a majority of older couples and families living within the area.
Hechal Yehuda Synagogue
The Hechal Yehuda Synagogue, also commonly known as the Recanati synagogue, is one of approximately 500 synagogues in the second largest city of Israel, Tel Aviv. Situated on the Menahem ben Saruq street in the city's centre, it is often referred to as the Seashell Synagogue because of its unusual shape resembling a seashell. The design is inspired by the seashells on the shores of the Greek city of Thessaloniki, which is the hometown of the wealthy Recanati family.

Tel Gerisa
Tel Gerisa, also known as Napoleon's Hill, is a Middle Bronze Age archaeological site on the southern bank of the Yarkon River, in Israel. Eliezer Sukenik led the excavations at the site between 1927 and 1950 as part of the Palestine Exploration Fund. Tel Aviv University Institute of Archaeology first excavated the site in 1976, and then from 1981 to 1995 under the direction of Ze'ev Herzog.
