Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv is the second most populous city in Israel, after Jerusalem, with a population of 410,000 and a land area of 52 km . The city is located on the Israeli Mediterranean coastline in central-west Israel. It is the largest and most populous city in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area, home to 3,405,000 residents. The city is governed by the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality, headed by Ron Huldai. Residents of Tel Aviv are referred to as Tel Avivim.
Bar-Ilan University
Bar-Ilan University is a university in Ramat Gan of the Tel Aviv District, Israel. Established in 1955, Bar Ilan is now Israel's second-largest academic institution. It has nearly 26,800 students (including 9,000 students in its affiliated regional colleges) and 1,350 faculty members. Bar-Ilan University has eight faculties: Exact Sciences, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Jewish Studies, Medicine, Engineering, and Law. There are also interdisciplinary studies.

The Tel Aviv District is the smallest and most densely populated of six administrative districts of Israel with a population of 1.2 million residents. It is 99.0% Jewish and 1.0% Arab (0.7% Muslim, 0.3% Christian). The district's capital is Tel Aviv and the metropolitan area created by the Tel Aviv district and its neighboring cities is named Gush Dan.
Ponevezh Yeshiva
Ponevezh Yeshiva, often pronounced Ponevitch Yeshiva, is a world renowned yeshiva located in Bnei Brak, Israel. Donated by Henry Krausher, it was originally established in the town of Panevėžys, Lithuania. The yeshiva has over one thousand students, and is arguably the leading Litvak-style yeshiva in Israel today. As of January 2007 the Roshei Yeshiva were Rabbis Gershon Eidelstein, Boruch Dov Povarski and Haim Shloime Leibovitz.
HaMakhtesh Stadium
The HaMakhtesh Stadium was a stadium in the central Israeli city of Giv'atayim and the home of Hapoel Ramat Gan. The name "HaMakhtesh" translates into English as "The Crater". The stadium was originally opened in 1927 and nowadays has an all-seated capacity of 5,500. There were only two stands; one behind a goal and the other alongside the pitch.
Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station
Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station is the main central train station of Tel Aviv. It is one of the main railway hubs of Israel, located on the eastern side of Tel Aviv, at the border between Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan. The station was opened to the public in November 1954 under the name Tel Aviv Central. The station has a daily average of 37,800 passengers. The station serves most rail lines in Israel and has 6 passenger platforms—more than any other station in Israel.
Ohel Shem
Ohel Shem is an Israeli high school located in the city of Ramat Gan. It has about 1,550 students studying in 45 classes, from ninth to twelfth grade, and about 160 teachers and 40 workers. The campus contains, in addition to the classrooms, a library, an "Eshkol Paiss" (a community center, containing an auditorium and chemistry, physics, biology, biotechnology and robotics laboratories), a gym, cafeterias, lawns, trees and sports fields.
Ef'al Regional Council
Ef'al was a Regional Council in Israel, in the Tel Aviv District which existed from 1950 until 2008 when it was liquidated and most its area was annexed to the neighbouring cities of Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono and Or Yehuda. Ramat Pinkas was transferred to Or Yehuda, Kfar Azar and Ramat Ef'al to Ramat Gan, and the area north of Kfar Azar to Kiryat Ono.

BSR Towers
The BSR Towers are a complex of three towers, two built on opposite sides of Derech Ben Gurion road dividing the cities of Bnei Brak and Ramat Gan near Tel Aviv in Israel, and a third building set to be completed in 2012 on Kinneret Street. Tower 1 is located in Ramat Gan and stands at 98 meters over 24 floors, whilst Tower 2 stands at 121 meters, thus being the tallest building in Bnei Brak with 27 floors.

Slabodka yeshiva (Bnei Brak)
A branch of the Slabodka Yeshiva was opened in Bnei Brak by Rabbi Isaac Sher, a son-in-law of the Alter of Slabodka, Rabbi Nosson Tzvi Finkel. Rabbi Sher was succeeded by his own son-in-law, Rabbi Mordechai Shulman who is in turn succeeded by his son-in-law, Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch. Presently, the Yeshiva houses approximately 500 Talmudic students. Despite the Lithuanian affiliation of the Yeshiva, many of its students are chassidic.
Tel Gerisa
Tel Gerisa, also known as Napoleon's Hill, is a Middle Bronze Age archaeological site on the southern bank of the Yarkon River, in Israel. Eliezer Sukenik led the excavations at the site between 1927 and 1950 as part of the Palestine Exploration Fund. Tel Aviv University Institute of Archaeology first excavated the site in 1976, and then from 1981 to 1995 under the direction of Ze'ev Herzog.
