Ramat Gan Stadium is the national football stadium in the Tel Aviv District city of Ramat Gan, Israel. Completed in 1951 and serving as Israel's largest stadium ever since, this all-seated stadium contains 41,583 seats, 13,370 of which are located in the Western Tribune, completed in 1982 - at the time the stadium went through a major refurbishing process.

Ayalon Mall is a mall in Ramat Gan, Israel. Opened in 1986, Ayalon Mall was the first mall in Israel to have a large shopping complex outside the city centre with a parking lot surrounding it. Maccabiah bridge collapse
The Maccabiah bridge collapse was the catastrophic failure of a pedestrian bridge over the Yarkon River in Tel Aviv, Israel on July 14, 1997. The collapse of the temporary wooden structure killed four and injured 60 Australian athletes who were visiting Israel to participate in the Maccabiah Games. One of the four athletes died during the collapse, but the other three were killed afterwards by infections caused by exposure to the polluted river water.
