Jezreel Valley Regional Council is a regional council in northern Israel that encompasses most of the settlements in the Jezreel Valley. It includes 15 kibbutzim, 15 moshavim, 6 communal settlements and two Bedouin villages. Despite its name, some of these settlements are not located in the Jezreel Valley proper, but in the vicinity.

Timrat
Timrat is a communal settlement in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee near Nahalal, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2007 it had a population of 1,700. The village was established in 1981, though the site had previously been the location of kibbutz Timorim, which was established in 1948, but moved to the centre of the country in 1954 due to a shortage of land.
Manshiya Zabda
Manshiya Zabda, also known as Manshiyet Zabda is an Arab village in northern Israel. Located to the north of Ramat Yishai, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 979. The village was established in 1945 by sons of families from Ilut. Over time the founders were joined by Bedouin and Muslims from the Galilee. The village was recognised by the authorities in 1979.
Shimron
Shimron was a major city in the north of the Land of Israel, in antiquity. Shimron is mentioned in the bible by this name, and in other period sources as Shim'on. The city is identified with the tell called Tel Samunia in Arabic. The tel rises 60 meters above its surroundings, north-east of moshav Nahalal, on the border between the Lower Galilee, and the Jezreel Valley. Today the tel in not settled, Timrat was established alongside, to the east.
