Kiryat Menachem bus bombing
The Kiryat Menachem bus bombing was a suicide bombing which occurred on November 21, 2002 in a public bus in the neighborhood of Kiryat Menachem in Jerusalem, Israel. 11 people were killed in the attack and over 50 were injured. The Palestinian Islamist militant organization Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack.
Malha
Malha is a neighborhood in southwest Jerusalem, Israel, between Pat and Kiryat Hayovel. Before 1948, Malha was an Arab village known as al-Maliha. The official Hebrew name of the neighborhood is Manahat named for the biblical town of Manahath, but residents of Jerusalem continue to call it Malha.
Kiryat HaYovel
Kiryat HaYovel is a neighborhood in southwestern Jerusalem on Mount Herzl. It was built in the early 1950s to house new immigrants. Today, Kiryat HaYovel has a population of 25,000 residents. Kiryat HaYovel is located on the main road to Hadassah Hospital, Ein Kerem, between Ramat Denya and Kiryat Menachem.

The Tisch Family Zoological Gardens in Jerusalem, popularly known as the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, is a zoo located in the Malha neighborhood of Jerusalem, Israel. It is famous for its collection of wildlife featured in the Hebrew Bible, as well as its success in breeding endangered species. According to Dun and Bradstreet, the Biblical Zoo was the most popular tourist attraction in Israel from 2005 to 2007, and logged a record 738,000 visitors in 2009. The zoo had about 55,000 members in 2009.

The Israel Arts and Science Academy, or IASA for short, is a high school for gifted students from all over Israel. IASA is a boarding school. The school, located in Jerusalem, was founded in 1990 by the late Raphi Amram and the Society for Excellence through Education. Approximately 200 students live and study in IASA.
Church of the Visitation
The Church of the Visitation honors the visit paid by Mary, Jesus' mother, to Elizabeth, John the Baptist's mother. This is the site where tradition tells us that Mary recited her song of praise, the Magnificat, one of the most ancient hymns to Mary. . The church is beautifully adorned with tiled representations of that canticle in many of the worlds languages.
Malha Arena
The Malha Arena (officially Lea and Maurice Goldberg Sports Hall) is the home arena of Hapoel Jerusalem basketball team. The arena is located in Jerusalem's Malha neighborhood, across from Ramat Denya and Ramat Sharett. Malha Arena has a seating capacity of 2,246 permanent seats, with an additional 754 standing room. Despite its small size, the arena traps in noise and distracts the opposing team.
Kiryat Menachem
Kiryat Menachem is a neighborhood in southwest Jerusalem, Israel. It is bordered by Ir Ganim to the south and east, Mount Ora to the west, and the Jerusalem Hills to the north. To the west are steep hills that descend toward streams that flow into Nahal Sorek to the north of Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital. The neighborhood overlooks the village of Ein Karem, Nahal Sorek, and the Sataf.
Har Hamor
Yeshivat Har Hamor is a Religious Zionism yeshiva in Jerusalem, founded in 1997 as an offshoot of Yeshivat Merkaz Harav. The president of the yeshiva is Rabbi Tzvi Tau, and its other heads are Rabbis Amiel Sternberg and Mordechai Sternberg. There are currently around 400 students. Many are married ("avrechim"), and the average student age is higher than at most Religious Zionist yeshivas.
Givat Massuah
Givat Massuah (lit. "Beacon Hill") is a new neighborhood in the southwest outskirts of Jerusalem, Israel, overlooking Malha and Emek Lavan Valley. It has a population of 1,100 families. Givat Massuah was established in 1996. Beit Yehudah guesthouse, built on land purchased in 2002 by the Hadassah organization, is located in Givat Massuah.

Kiryat HaYovel supermarket bombing
The Kiryat HaYovel supermarket bombing was a suicide bombing which occurred on March 29, 2002 in which Ayat al-Akhras, an 18-year-old Palestinian female suicide bomber, blew herself up at the entrance of the main supermarket in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Kiryat HaYovel, killing two people and injuring 28. Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack.
