Mount Sion is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland, founded by Brs O'Connor and Malone, teachers in the above school. Although technically separate from the school, the club still maintains a close relationship with the school, sharing the same sports facilities in the city.
Waterford Regional Sports Centre
The Waterford Regional Sports Centre (or simply, the RSC) is part of Waterford Corporation's Municipal sporting facilities and home to Waterford United of the League of Ireland. Waterford United moved to the newly opened RSC from their former home, Kilcohan Park for the 1993-94 season and have remained there every since. Included on another site is an 18 hole pitch-and-putt course, an indoor hall, football pitches and tennis courts. The complex also had a Skateboard Park.

Roanmore GAA is a GAA club based in the west outskirts of Waterford City, Republic of Ireland. Formed in 1970, the club made rapid progress, achieving Senior Hurling status in 1980. The clubs greatest achievement was winning back to back Waterford Senior Hurling Championships in 1989 and 1990. The club has provided many players to the Waterford Senior Hurling Panel over the years, most notably, Noel Crowley and Kieran Delahunty.
River Suir Bridge
The River Suir Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge over the River Suir in Ireland. It was built as part of the N25 Waterford Bypass, and opened to traffic on the 19 October 2009, some ten months ahead of schedule. The Viking settlement at Woodstown was discovered during the project and the route of the southern approach roads was altered to preserve the site.
