Hollyfort
Hollyfort (Irish: Ráth an Chuilinn, meaning "ringfort of the holly") is a village in north County Wexford, Ireland. It lies within the townland of Mongan (Irish: an Mongán, meaning "the little swamp") in the valley of the River Bann, 5 km northwest of Gorey. Historically it was called Rahincullin, which is an anglicisation of its Irish name.
Annagh Hill
Annagh Hill is in north County Wexford, Ireland. It is separated from Croghan Mountain to the north by the "Wicklow Gap", not to be confused with the Wicklow Gap in County Wicklow. Except for the southeastern face (see photo) it is covered in coniferous forestry. It overlooks the villages of Monaseed and Hollyfort to the south, across the valley of the Blackwater stream
Monaseed
Monaseed (Irish: Móin Na Saighead - meaning the boggy place of flint arrows) is a hamlet in North County Wexford. The tiny village centre comprises a Primary National School, a Catholic church, a Community Hall and a public house. Recent housing development has taken place outside the village boundary, which is itself very extensive relative to population. The village sign (see photo) is in a country lane at least a kilometre from the actual village.
