The Ministry of Intelligence and National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran (MISIRI) is the primary intelligence agency of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is also known as VEVAK (Vezarat-e Ettela'at va Amniyat-e Keshvar) or VAJA or alternatively MOIS. It was initially known as SAVAMA, when it took over the previous government's intelligence apparatus.

National Library of Iran

The National Library of Iran is located in Tehran, Iran, with several branches are scattered throughout the city. Prior to the library's official inauguration in 1937, other libraries existed that performed the same function informally. Pasdaran (district)

Pasdaran is a neighborhood of northern Tehran centered around Pasdaran Avenue. This avenue connects Niavaran avenue (from the north) to Shariati avenue (in the south). It is about 8–9 km long and is a major commercial thoroughfare for northern Tehran together with northern parts of two other long streets: Valiasr Street and Shariati Street. Pasdaran in Persian means "guardians".
