Sharif University of Technology
Sharif University of Technology (SUT) is a university of higher education in technology, engineering and physical sciences in Tehran. The university is the only Iranian university included in the Times Higher Education World Universities Ranking. The university is located in the Tarasht neighborhood of Tehran within walking distance of Azadi Square, and has an international campus in Kish, a resort island in the Persian Gulf.

Azadi Square
Azadi Square is a city square in Tehran, Iran. It has an area of about 50,000 m, plus adjacent areas, and is the largest square in Tehran and the second largest in Iran, being smaller than Naqsh-e Jahan Square in Isfahan. The 50 m Azadi Tower is in the centre of the square. It was called Shahyad Square before the Iranian Revolution, and was the site of many of the Revolution's demonstrations leading up to 12 December 1979.
Mehrabad International Airport
Mehrabad International Airport is an airport that serves Tehran, Iran. It was the primary airport of Tehran in both international and domestic passenger traffic but has been replaced by Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) in most of its international flights. It is still by far the busiest airport in Iran in terms of passenger traffic and aircraft movements, handling 13,163,368 passengers in 2010.
Azadi Stadium
The Azadi Stadium formerly Aryamehr Stadium is Iran's national stadium and the largest in the country. The Azadi stadium was built to host the 1974 Asian Games and has a capacity of 84,412 people. The stadium is part of the much larger Azadi Sports Complex, and is surrounded by a rowing river, football training pitches, a weightlifting complex, swimming facilities and indoor volleyball and futsal courts, among many other amenities.
Pardisan Park
Pardisun park (also called Shahrak-e Gharb's Forest Park, Persian: پارک جنگلی شهرک غرب is a multi-purpose complex covering more than 270 hectares located in north-west Tehran. This complex is primarily an educational, research and cultural center with the objective of creating suitable facilities for the study of the environment in all its different aspects.
Shahid Dastgerdi Stadium
The Shahid Dastgerdi Stadium is a football stadium located in the Ekbatan area of Tehran, Iran. It was named after a casualty of the Iran–Iraq War. It is currently the home of Steel Azin F.C. football club. It was built in 2002 and has a capacity of 8,250. After that the club was moved to Hamedan this stadium been used for the matches that is not possible to play in Azadi Stadium or Azadi is too big for it. Iran U20 is one example and this team has been playing in this stadium for few years now.

Ekbatan Complex is a planned town built as a project of modern apartment buildings in western part of Tehran, Iran. Today it is considered one of Tehran's neighborhoods. It is the largest residential complex in Tehran.

Offside (2006 Iranian film)
Offside is a 2006 Iranian film directed by Jafar Panahi, about girls who try to watch a World Cup qualifying match but are forbidden by law because of their sex. Female fans are not allowed to enter football stadiums in Iran on the grounds that there will be a high risk of violence or verbal abuse against them. The film was inspired by the director's daughter, who decided to attend a game anyway. The film was shot in Iran but its screening was banned there.

The Azadiye Stadium was a proposed new 40,000 seat covered stadium in Tehran, Iran. It is a set to be a purpose built sports complex to be used by women only. It was supposed to be completed in 2009 ahead of the Women's Islamic Games set to be held in Tehran. But, it never was. It was near the Azadi Stadium.

The Azadi Sport Complex (formerly Aryamehr Sport Complex) is the national sports complex of Iran based in Tehran. It is the biggest sports complex in Iran. The massive Azadi Stadium is located within the walls of this complex.
Derafshifar Stadium
The Derafshifar Stadium is the training ground and Academy base of Iranian football club Persepolis. Inside the complex, there are training areas, Hotel and pools. There are also a sauna, steam and weight rooms, a restaurant, conference rooms and offices.
Karegaran Stadium
Karegaran Stadium is a football ground located in Tehran that Persepolis F.C. trains on. Before being occupied by Persepolis F.C. , the stadium was tenanted by Steel Azin F.C..
Azadi Indoor Stadium
The Azadi Indoor Stadium is an indoor sports arena in Tehran, Iran. The facility seats Over 8,000 people. This indoor stadium is located within the Azadi Sport Complex. It is mainly used for Futsal matches, but occasional Basketball games are played here.

The University of Science and Culture (in Persian: Daneshgah Elm va Farhang is located in Tehran, Iran. The university was known as Jahad Institute of High Education.

Also there are gardens of non-Iranian plants such as Himalayan, American, Japanese, African, Australian and etc.
