Charminar
The Charminar, built in 1591 CE, is a monument and mosque located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Malakpet
Malakpet is one of the old areas of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Named after Malik Yakoob, a servant of Abdulah Qutub Shah Golconda King where he resided had a market, hence the name Malakpet. Barkas, Hyderabad
Barkas (Urdu: بارکس, is a neighbourhood in Hyderabad, India that used to serve as the Military Barracks of the Nizam of Hyderabad. It is known as being inhabited mainly by the Chaush community who are direct descendants of the Hadhrami Arab military men and bodyguards hailing from the Hadhramaut region of the then, South Arabia, now part of the Republic of Yemen. The name "Barkas" is believed to be derived from the English word "barracks". .
Saroornagar Lake
Saroornagar Lake is a lake in Hyderabad, India. From the year of its creation in 1626, the lake remained largely clean until 1956 when Hyderabad expanded. Spread over 99 acres, the lake was restored by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority in 2003-04 at a cost of 7px20 crore . After the restoration of the lake, migratory birds returned to the lake in big numbers a few years later.
