Cubbon Park
Cubbon Park is a landmark 'lung' area of the Bangalore city, located within the heart of city in the Central Administrative Area. Originally created in 1870, when Major General Richard Sankey was the then British Chief Engineer of Mysore state, it covered an area of 100 acres and subsequent expansion has taken place and the area reported now is about 300 acres .

2010 Bangalore stadium bombing
2010 Bangalore stadium bombing occurred on 17 April 2010 in M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, India. Two bombs exploded in a heavily packed Cricket stadium in which fifteen people were injured. A third bomb was found and diffused outside the stadium. According to the Bangalore City Police, the blasts were caused by low-intensity crude bombs triggered by timers.
Consulate General of Germany, Bangalore
The Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bangalore represents the interests of the Government of Germany in the Indian states of Karnataka and Kerala. It was opened on 21 November 2008 in a temporary office in the central business district (CBD) of Bangalore. Janaseva Vidyakendra Boys Residential School
Janaseva vidya kendra ("JSVK") commonly known as Janaseva vidya kendra boys hostel is located on Magadi Road chennanhalli in Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka is a boys' hostel school. The school was built by educationors from Karnataka and began with 13 boys in 1975, growing to around 600 students ranging from 5th to 12th grade. The school celebrated its 25th year in 2000.
