Sauðárkrókur
Sauðárkrókur is a town in Skagafjörður in northern Iceland and a part of the municipality of Skagafjörður. Sauðárkrókur is the largest town in Northwest Iceland and the second-largest town on the north coast of Iceland, with a population of 2.572. It is the centre for commerce and services in the district, and an important link in Iceland's food production. The population of Sauðárkrókur has grown steadily in recent years, and its economy is relatively diverse.

Sauðárkróksvöllur
Sauðárkróksvöllur is a football stadium in Sauðárkrókur, Iceland. Sauðárkróksvöllur has a standing spectator capacity of about 2,500, but no permanent seating. The open-air stadium opened in 2004, and has a grass surface. It was built with a combination of public and private funding for the Icelandic Games held in the summer of 2004. The stadium was also used for the 2004 and 2009 youth games, the 2006 and 2007 Icelandic Athletic championships and various other large or small events.
