Protestant Great Church of Debrecen
The Protestant Great Church or Great Reformed Church is probably the most best known building in the city of Debrecen. It stands in the city centre, between Kossuth square and Calvin square. It is the symbol of the Protestant Church in Hungary, and it is because of this church that Debrecen is sometimes referred to as "the Calvinist Rome". With a ground space of 1500 m² it is the largest Protestant church in Hungary. It also has the largest bell of all Hungarian Protestant churches.

Főnix Hall is a multi-purpose arena in Debrecen, Hungary. Fonix Hall holds 8,500 people and opened in 2002. It hosted the 2002 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Fazekas Mihály Gimnázium is a high school in Debrecen, Hungary. Its original institution, the Debrecen szabad királyi város Főreáltanodája was opened on November 3, 1873. At that time it was a boys only school, its main topics were modern languages, mathematics and natural sciences. Its building was designed by Károly Meixner and was started in 1891 and in 1893 its gates opened for the students.

Debrecen Swimming Pool Complex
The Debrecen Swimming Pool Complex is an aquatics venue in Debrecen, Hungary. The facility features a competitive long course pool, a warm up pool, a training pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and an outdoor thermal bath with a water temperature of 34–36 °C (93–97 °F). The 50 metres long course pool can be reduced to 33 metres or 25 metres by a mobile wall, making it available for short course events. The construction of the pool began in October 2005 and took 11 months to complete.
