The Hong Kong City Hall is a building located at Edinburgh Place, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Since Hong Kong does not designate itself or any part of itself as a city, there is no mayor or city council; therefore, the City Hall does not hold the offices of a city government, unlike most city halls around the world. Instead, it is a complex providing municipal services, including performing venues and libraries.

Chater Road is a three-lane road in Central, Hong Kong named after Sir Paul Chater. It begins at its intersection with Pedder Street and Des Voeux Road Central in the west, and ends at Murray Road in the east. It divides Statue Square into a southern and a northern sections.

General Post Office, Hong Kong
General Post Office (郵政總局, abbreviated as GPO) is the headquarters of Hongkong Post. Built in 1976, it is located at Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong. The office is adjacent to former Star Ferry Pier, Jardine House and International Finance Centre. The current building occupied a seafront location until 2007, since then reclamation works take place there.
Connaught Place, Hong Kong
Connaught Place, formerly called Connaught Centre, is a square near Jardine House in Central, Hong Kong. The General Post Office and Exchange Square have Connaught Place addresses. The square is home to a statue by Henry Moore entitled "Double Ova", which was unveiled in December 1977. The statue is donated by Hongkong Land and is dedicated to Vernon Roberts, former General Manager of the company.
Queen's Pier
Queen's Pier, named after Queen Victoria, was a public pier in front of City Hall in Edinburgh Place, Central, Hong Kong. For three generations it served not only as a public pier in day-to-day use but also as a major ceremonial arrival and departure point. The pier witnessed the official arrival in Hong Kong of all of Hong Kong's governors since 1925; Elizabeth II landed there in 1975, as did the Prince and Princess of Wales in 1989.

The Hong Kong Planning and Infrastructure Exhibition Gallery, located on ground floor of the City Hall Annex, was set up in 2002 as a temporary exhibition gallery, pending the establishment of a full-fledged permanent exhibition gallery which will occupy the entire City Hall Annex Building.
Edinburgh Place Ferry Pier
Edinburgh Place Ferry Pier, often referred to as the "Star Ferry" Pier, was a pier in Edinburgh Place, Central, Hong Kong, serving the Star Ferry. The pier, with its clock tower, was a prominent waterfront landmark. Built in 1957 at the height of the Modern Movement, it was the third generation of the Star Ferry Pier in Central, and was located near the City Hall and the General Post Office.
The Cenotaph (Hong Kong)
The Cenotaph, constructed in 1923 and located between Statue Square and the City Hall in Central, Hong Kong, commemorates the dead in the First and Second World War that served in Hong Kong in the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force. It is an almost exact replica of the Cenotaph on Whitehall in London, UK (designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and unveiled in 1920), except that this one in Hong Kong has eight Chinese characters on it.
