University of Patras
University of Patras (Greek: Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών, Panepistímio Patrón) is a university established in 1964 in Patras, Greece. Initially housed in the city centre, the university's campus is now located in the adjacent municipality of Rio. Covering an area of 600 acres (2.4 km²), is the third largest in the country.
Agyia
Agyia is a neighborhood of the city of Patras, Greece. It is located about 3.5 km north of downtown Patras. The community forms the mid-northern part of the city of Patras (except 1 km north of Old GR-9 by-pass). Most of the street names are named from rivers. The town includes the St. Constantine (Aghios Konstantinos) church and a street is named for this church. Its length is about 1 km.
Rio–Antirrio bridge
The Rio–Antirrio bridge, officially the Charilaos Trikoupis bridge after the statesman who first envisaged it, is the world's longest multi-span cable-stayed bridge. It crosses the Gulf of Corinth near Patras, linking the town of Rio on the Peloponnese to Antirrio on mainland Greece by road.
Pampeloponnisiako Stadium
Pampeloponnisiako Stadium is a stadium located in Patras, Greece. The stadium was originally built 1981 as Ethniko Stadio Patron (Εθνικό Στάδιο Πατρών, "National Stadium of Patras"). In 2002, reconstruction works began and it reopened on 8 August 2004, just in time to host football (soccer) matches for the 2004 Summer Olympics. The stadium seats 23,588, though only 18,900 seats were publicly available for the Olympic matches.

The Glafkos (or Glaucus) is a river in Greece. It flows into the Gulf of Patras in Patras. The first hydroelectric power plant was built on this river. Currently, it is open to the public as a museum. The boundary of Messatida with Patras is partially over the Glafkos River.

Selemnos is a river in the northern part of Achaea, Greece. The river flows entirely in the municipal unit of Rio and empties into the Gulf of Patras.
Tytheus
Tytheus or Tythefs is a river in the western part of Achaea, Greece. The river is also known as Parapeiros (Παραπείρος), and was known as Toskesi (Τόσκεσι). The Tytheus river begins in the western part of the Erymanthos mountains. It passes through the municipalities of Tritaia and Fares. It empties into the river Peiros near the village Agios Stefanos.
Eleftheriou Venizelou Street
Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, is a street in Patras. It runs two way for its entire length. The street is named after Greek prime minister Eleftherios Venizelos. It is located about 2 km south of the downtown core. It begins from a street near Chalkidis Street and ends at Akti Dymaion. Its total length is approximately 1.5 km and it has about 20 blocks. The street is one lane with one parking spaces. Residential buildings in neo-classical and modern architectural styles line the entire street.

Prosfygika Stadium (Greek: Γήπεδο Προσφυγικών, Gipedo Prosfygikon) is a football (soccer) stadium in Patras, Greece. It is named after its first refugees that arrived from Asia Minor in 1922, a region now part of Turkey, following the Greco-Turkish Population Exchange. From 1925, it is used for the teams Thyella, AS Apollo and Olympiacos and Aris.
Kostas Davourlis Stadium
Kostas Davourlis Stadium is a stadium in Patras, Greece. It's the home of Panachaiki FC. Work on the grounds started in 1935. Originally called Stadium of Panachaiki, it has been officially renamed Kostas Davourlis in 1992 after the great footballplayer who died the same year.

Georgiou I Square
Georgiou I Square is Patras's central square. The square is named after George I of Greece. The square is 134 km west of Corinth, 216 km west of Athens, 96 km northeast of Pyrgos, 144 km northwest of Tripoli and 77 km northwest of Kalavryta. The square features a fountain in the middle and until the 1950s, street lights in the middle. Until the 1950s, trees used to exist by the square. Several shops are around the square.

General University Hospital of Patras
General University Hospital of Patras (Greek: Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών), is a public general Hospital based in Rio, Greece, just few kilometers away from the city of Patras. With a capacity of 750 beds and an area of 63,000 sq. m. , it is one of the largest hospitals in Greece and the largest in the region of Peloponnese. The construction of the hospital was completed in 1988 and a few months later it began operation.
Rio Castle
The Rio Castle (Greek: κάστρο του Ρίου or Καστέλι της Πάτρας) is located at the north tip of the Rio peninsula in Achaea, Greece, at the entrance of the Corinthian Gulf. The Rio-Antirio Bridge is located next to it, and the local ferry docks lie on either side. Today it is used for cultural purposes, especially concerts and is a tourist attraction. The castle was built by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II in 1499 above the ruins of an ancient temple of Poseidon, within three months.
Patras Castle
The Patras Castle was built around the mid-6th century above the ruins of the ancient acropolis, on a low outlying hill of the Panachaiko Mountain and ca. 800 m from the sea. The castle covers 22,725 m² and consists of a triangular outer wall, strengthened by towers and gates and further protected originally by a moat, and an inner compound on the northeastern corner, also protected by a moat.
Saint Andrew of Patras
Saint Andrew (Agios Andreas, Άγιος Ανδρέας in Greek) is a Greek Orthodox basilica in the east side of the city of Patras in Greece. Along with the old church of St. Andrew (which lies in a close distance) it constitutes a place of pilgrimage for Christians from all over the world. It is dedicated to the First-called Apostle of Christ, Saint Andrew.
