Delos
The island of Delos, near Mykonos, near the centre of the Cyclades archipelago, is one of the most important mythological, historical and archaeological sites in Greece. The excavations in the island are among the most extensive in the Mediterranean; ongoing work takes place under the direction of the French School at Athens and many of the artifacts found are on display at the Archaeological Museum of Delos and the National Archaeological Museum of Athens.
Ftelia
Ftelia is a beach on the island of Mykonos, Greece. Its northern location has established the beach as a windsurfer's paradise, as there is almost always a strong wind blowing. The beach is also well known for the famous neolithic settlement found there that is believed to be the tomb of ancient Iliad war hero Ajax the Locrian. Ftelia is an isolated, very tranquil place and even during the busy Mykonos months of July and August it is not very crowded because it is often quite windy and dusty.
Cynthus
Mount Cynthus is located on the isle of Delos, part of the Greek Cyclades. In Greek mythology, Leto gave birth to Apollo and Artemis on this island, having been shunned by Zeus' wife Hera who was extremely jealous of his liaison with Leto. Artemis is thus also referred to as Cynthia. In modern times, this island is a major archaeological site and a favoured tourist spot.
Psarrou
Psarrou is one of the most famous beach villages of Mykonos island, but mainly among Greeks. Every year thousands of tourists and celebrities visit this sandy beach, which is organized offering luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas. Due to Psarrou's popularity, specially during August, which is the peak of high season, there is a waiting list for the sunbeds and umbrellas. This cosmopolitan beach is surrounded by fancy restaurants, tavernas, mini markets.

Mykonos Island National Airport
Mykonos Island National Airport is an airport in Mykonos, Greece. The airport is located 4 kilometers from the town of Mykonos. The transfer time from the town to the airport is about 10 minutes. There is no public service operating from the town to the airport. A taxi rank is situated in front of the terminal. The cost of a taxi to the town is between 5 and 10€. Many hotels also propose a transfer to the airport by private mini buses.
Our Lady of Tinos
Our Lady of Tinos (Greek: Παναγία Ευαγγελίστρια της Τήνου, Panagía Evangelístria tēs Tēnou, literally "The All-Holy Bringer of Good News"; or Μεγαλόχαρη της Τήνου, Megalócharē tēs Tēnou, literally is the major Marian shrine in Greece. It is located in the town of Tinos on the island of Tinos. The complex is built around a miraculous icon which according to tradition was found after the Virgin appeared to the nun St. Pelagia and revealed to her the place where the icon was buried.
Aegean Maritime Museum
The Aegean Maritime Museum is a maritime museum in Mykonos, Greece. The founder and chairman of the museum, George M. Drakopoulos, received the Athens Academy Award and the World Ship Trust's Award for Individual Achievement for the foundation of the museum. A non-profit institution, it was founded in 1983 and in 1985 opened to the public in a Mykonian building of the 19th century, located in the area known as Tria Pigadia in the town centre.
Archaeological Museum of Delos
The Archaeological Museum of Delos (Greek: Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο Δήλου) is a museum on the island of Delos, near Mykonos in the South Aegean, Greece. It is noted for its extensive collection of statues unearthed in the surrounding area of the ancient site, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Although the museum has a considerable collection, it does not contain all of the items found in Delos: a large quantity are on display in Athens at the National Archaeological Museum.
Paraportiani
The Church of Panagia Paraportiani is situated in the neighbourhood of Kastro, in the town of Chora, on the Greek island of Mykonos. Its name literally means "Our Lady of the Side Gate" in Greek, as its entrance was found in the side gate of the entrance to the Kastro area. The building of this church started in 1425 and was not completed until the 17th century.

The Mykonos windmills are iconic feature of the Greek island of the Mykonos. The island is one of the Cyclades islands, which neighbour Delos in the Agean Sea. The windmills can be seen from every point of the village of Mykonos, the island's principal village, which is frequently called the Chora (which translates to "Country" in Greek, but refers to an island's "Town") on Greek islands.
