Episkopi Ierapetras is a village on the Greek island of Crete. Episkopi belongs to the municipality of Ierapetra in the prefecture of Lasithi. It lies north of Ierapetra in the middle of the narrowest part of the island. The village has approximately one thousand inhabitants. Lake Voulismeni

Lake Voulismeni is a former sweetwater small lake, later connected to the sea, located at the centre of the town of Agios Nikolaos on the Greek island of Crete It has a circular shape of a diameter of 137 m and depth 64 m. The locals refer to it as just "the lake". The lake connects to the harbour of the town by a channel dug in 1870. A panoramic view of the lake can be seen from a small park situated above it. According to legend, the goddess Athena bathed in it.

Kroustas is a small village close to Agios Nikolaos on the island of Crete, Greece. It is located on a hill 520 m above the sea level. In the year 2001 the village had around 500 inhabitants. Gulf of Mirabella

The Gulf of Mirabella, also called Mirabella (or Mirabello) Bay, is a body of water to the north of Lasithi on the island of Crete, which is the largest of the Greek islands and the fifth largest in the Mediterranean Sea. The tourist town Agios Nikolaos overlooks the bay. Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mirabella are obtained from the ancient hillfort of Lato, which site was developed in order to achieve a lookout for invaders.

Ha Gorge

Ha Gorge is a gorge on the eastern part of the island of Crete in Greece. It is located in the west slope of Thrypti mountain and exits east of Vasiliki village in the plain of Ierapetra. The gorge is about 1.5km long, particularly narrow at several points and has walls rising up to 300m. Its name derives from the verb hasko meaning to open or part widely, to gape. Milona Gorge

The gorge of Milona is situated near the village of Agios Ioannis, in the municipally of Ierapetra in Crete. It is 10-15 minutes drive from the town of Ierapetra and it also includes an impressive waterfall in the end of the walking path. The walking path is only 20 minutes walk from the road and it’s quite easy to follow. At the end of the path, you will find the 40 metre height fall of Milona.
