Mount Lycabettus
Mount Lycabettus, also known as Lycabettos, Lykabettos or Lykavittos, is a Cretaceous limestone hill in Athens, Greece. At 277 meters (908 feet) above sea level, the hill is the highest point in the city that surrounds it. Pine trees cover its base, and at its two peaks are the 19th century Chapel of St. George, a theatre, and a restaurant.

Its name derives from the 2 metre column that defined the area even before a single house had been built there. Kolonaki Square
Kolonaki Square, is located in central Athens, Greece. Kolonaki itself is named after the small ancient column in the center of the square; the modern official name of this square is Plateia Filikis Etaireias named for the "Friendly Society" that supported Greek independence. Originally, Kolonaki Square was just an area of open ground (around 1890) containing the column, and was only later planted with trees and designated as a square in about 1895-1900.

Athens Concert Hall
The Athens Concert Hall is a concert hall located in Athens, on Vassilissis Sofias Avenue. The Hall was inaugurated in 1991 with two halls. Since then it has been augmented with two more halls and now has a total of four: two large and two smaller ones. The Hall has optimal facilities for opera performances, and some operas are presented every season. The Megaro Moussikis station of the Athens Metro is just outside the Hall, on Line 3.
Herodou Attikou Street
Herodou Attikou Street or Irodou Attikou Street is located east of downtown Athens and is adjacent to the National Garden of Athens. The street is named after the ancient Athenian rhetorician, magnate and major benefactor of the Roman era, Herodes Atticus. The tree-lined one-way street runs from north to south. It is the most expensive piece of housing real estate in Greece, with prices exceeding €25,000 per square metre.

Byzantine & Christian Museum
The Byzantine and Christian Museum (Greek: Βυζαντινό και Χριστιανικό Μουσείο) is situated at Vassilissis Sofias Avenue in Athens, Greece. It was founded in 1914 and houses more than 25,000 exhibits with rare collections of pictures, scriptures, frescoes, pottery, fabrics, manuscripts and copies of artifacts from the 3rd century AD to the late medieval era. It is one of the most important museums in the world in Byzantine Art.
Athens War Museum
The Athens War Museum, established on July 18, 1975, is the museum of the Greek Armed Forces. Its purpose is the exhibition of weapon artifacts and the relevant research in the history of war. It covers the history of war in all ages. The museums' collections include the collection of the Greek Army, with artifacts from other civilizations such as Ancient China and Ancient Japan. The museum's centerpieces are weaponry from wars in which Greece was involved.
Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art
The Nicholas P. Goulandris Foundation - Museum of Cycladic Art is one of the great museums of Athens. It houses a magnificent collection of artifacts of Cycladic art. The museum was founded in 1986 in order to house the collection of Cycladic and Ancient Greek art belonging to Nicholas and Dolly Goulandris. Starting in the early 1960s, the couple collected Greek antiquities, with special interest in the prehistoric art from the Cyclades islands of the Aegean Sea.

The Eleftherios Venizelos Museum is a museum in Eleutherias Park, Athens, Greece. It was founded in 1986 and houses a library, a collection of photographs and personal items of Eleftherios Venizelos.
Gounaropoulos Museum
Gounaropoulos Museum is a museum located in Athens, Greece. It was founded in 1979 and belongs to the municipality of Zografou. The museum aims to present and promote the work of the painter Giorgos Gounaropoulos (1889-1977). The museum is housed in the artists’ home and atelier, and contains 40 oil paintings and drawings, the artists’ personal belongings and archive.
Gennadius Library
The Gennadius Library, also known as the Gennadeion, is one of the most important libraries in Greece, with over 110,000 volumes on Greek history, literature and art from Antiquity until modern times. The library is located at Souidias Street 61, on the slopes of Mount Lycabettus, in central Athens. The library is one of the two belonging to the American School of Classical Studies at Athens (along with the Blegen Library).

Lyceum (Classical)
The Lyceum was a gymnasium and public meeting place in Classical Athens named after the god of the grove that housed the Lyceum, Apollo Lyceus (Apollo as 'wolf-god'). Though best known for its connection with Aristotle and the peripatetic school he led there, the Lyceum was in existence long before Aristotle’s formal founding in 334 or 335 BC and continued under several heads until the Roman general Sulla sacked Athens in 86 BC. The remains of the Lyceum were discovered in modern Athens in 1996.
Lycabettus Funicular
The Lycabettus Funicular is a funicular railway to the top of Mount Lycabettus in the Greek capital city of Athens. It was constructed in the 1960s by the Greek Tourist Organisation (EOT) and was inaugurated on April 18, 1965. The terminal stations are situated at Aristippou street, in Kolonaki, and the Chapel of St. George, near the top of the hill. Between the terminal stations, the line is entirely in tunnel.
