Dresden Suspension Railway
The Dresden Suspension Railway is one of the oldest suspension railways — a kind of hanging monorail — in the world, having opened in 1901. It is situated in Dresden, Germany, and connects the districts of Loschwitz and Oberloschwitz (Rochwitz side). The line is 274 metres long and is supported on 33 pillars. It was designed by Eugen Langen, who earlier designed the Wuppertal Suspension Railway, a more extensive suspension railway in Wuppertal.

Sonnenstein Castle

During the War, it functioned as an extermination centre for the Third Reich Action T4 program. It was shut down following the war, and reopened in 1970.

Geibeltbad Pirna
The Geibeltbad Pirna is a public bath and water sport facility in Pirna near Dresden, Saxony in Germany. Finished under the Nazis on July 20, 1937, it is one of the largest baths in the world. The 20,000 square metre site was renovated and upgraded in 2001-02 to include an indoor swimming pool, wellness centre and other facilities. From 1937 to 1990 Geibeltbad was a venue for the German swimming championships as well as a training site. In 2006, the bath welcomed 233,588 visitors.

Laubegast Niederpoyritz Ferry
The Laubegast Niederpoyritz Ferry is a passenger ferry across the Elbe river in Germany. It crosses between the districts of Laubegast and Niederpoyritz in the city of Dresden. The ferry service is operated by the Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe (DVB), Dresden's municipal transport authority. The service is maintained by one of the DVB's fleet of five passenger ferries. All the vessels are diesel propelled but of different designs. The oldest ferry dates from 1927 and the most recent from 2004.

Sonnenstein Euthanasia Centre
The Sonnenstein Euthanasia Clinic (German: NS-Tötungsanstalt Sonnenstein; roughly translated "Sonnenstein Nazi Death Institute") was a Nazi killing centre located in the former fortress of Sonnenstein Castle near Pirna in East Germany, where a hospital had been established in 1811. In 1940 and 1941, the facility was used by the Nazis to exterminate around 15,000 people in a process that was labelled as euthanasia.
