Fernmeldeturm Münster
The Fernmeldeturm Münster (Telecommunication Tower Münster) or, colloquial: "Fernsehturm" (TV-Tower) is the modern landmark of Münster completed in 1985/86. The 229.5 metre high tower, which is used for directional services and TV-, VHF- and UHF-transmission is not accessible to the public. The basket of this tower, which carries also the name "Münster 42" has a diameter of 40 metres and is situated at a height of 108 metres.
Lippe (department)
Lippe is the name of a département of the First French Empire in present Germany. It is named after the river Lippe. It was formed in 1811, when a part of the Grand Duchy of Berg was annexed by France. Its territory is part of the present German lands Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. Its capital was Münster. The département was subdivided into the following arrondissements and cantons: Münster, cantons: Dülmen, Haltern, Münster, Nottuln and Sankt Mauritz.
Wolfgang Borchert Theater
The Wolfgang Borchert Theater is a private theater in Münster. It is one of the oldest private theaters in Germany. The theater was founded in 1958 as the Theater im kleinen Raum at the Münster Prinzipalmarkt. At the start of the sixties it moved to the Münster Hauptbahnhof and became the Zimmertheater Münster. For the 1982/83 season it was renamed to the Wolfgang Borchert Theater. In 1999 it moved to its present location at Hafenweg.
Pinkus Müller
Pinkus Müller is a German brewery based in the Northern Germany town of Münster. The Pinkus-Müller brewery traces its origins to the arrival of Johannes Müller (1792–1870) in Münster from his home town of Hildebrandshausen in 1816. After marrying Friederika Cramer they opened a bakery and a brewery. In 1866 the bakery was closed and a malthouse was opened instead. In the following hundred years the brewery and the pub were expanded.

The Institute for New Testament Textual Research (German: Institut für neutestamentliche Textforschung — INTF) at the University of Münster, Westphalia, Germany, is an institute for the investigation of the text of the New Testament. The INTF was founded in Münster in 1959 by Professor Kurt Aland (1915-1994), the first director of the Institute. In 1983 Barbara Aland succeeded her husband, until 2004 when Holger Strutwolf became director of the INTF.

Historical City Hall of Münster
The Historical City Hall of Münster was one of the theatres of the negotiations of the Peace of Westphalia which concluded the Thirty Years' War in Europe and the Eighty Years' War between Spain and the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands. It was the site of the Peace of Münster of 1648. Located in the centre of Prinzipalmarkt, it is the city's predominant landmark - besides Münster Cathedral. Having been destroyed during World War II, it was rebuilt true to the original from 1950 to 1958.

The Musikhochschule Münster is a university-level school of music in Münster, Germany. From 1972 to 2003 the Musikhochschule Münster was integrated as a campus of the Hochschule für Musik Detmold. In 2004 the Musikhochschule Münster separated from Detmold and on the basis of the revision of the Hochschule law passed on December 16, 2003 became the Faculty of Music of the University of Münster on April 1, 2004.
