Langenberg transmission tower
The Langenberg transmission tower (also translated as "Sender Langenberg" or "Transmission Facility Langenberg") is a broadcasting station that transmits MW, FM and TV signals. It is located in Langenberg, Velbert, Germany and has had a very turbulent history since its inauguration. The transmitter first went into service in 1927 with 60 kilowatts (kW) of power and a T-aerial hanging on two 100-metre freestanding steel-frame towers insulated against ground.

Velbert-Nierenhof station
Velbert-Nierenhof station is located in the city of Velbert in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Wuppertal-Vohwinkel–Essen-Überruhr line and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station. The first German railway was opened from here to Kupferdreh by the Deil Valley Railway Company on 20 September 1831 as a horse-drawn, narrow-gauge railway, which carried coal until 1844, but it also carried passengers from 1833.

It is on the Wuppertal-Vohwinkel–Essen-Überruhr line and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station. It was built in 1847. The station is served by Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn line S 9, operating every 20 minutes during the day.
