Walter Extra
Walter Extra is a German award-winning aerobatic pilot, chief aircraft designer and founder of Extra Flugzeugbau (Extra Aircraft Construction), a manufacturer of aerobatic aircraft. Extra began designing aircraft after competing in the 1982 World Aerobatic Championships. His aircraft constructions revolutionized the aerobatics flying scene and still dominate world competitions. The German pilot Klaus Schrodt won his world championship title flying an aircraft made by the Extra firm.

König Pilsener Arena
König Pilsener Arena, formerly Arena Oberhausen, is a multi-purpose arena, located in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The capacity of the arena is 12,650 and was opened in 1996. The arena is part of Neue Mitte Oberhausen, a former industrial complex which has been converted into a shopping mall and other recreational, cultural and sportive purposes. The König-Pilsener-ARENA was opened in 1996 as the Arena Oberhausen, but changed its name in 1998 to König-Pilsener-ARENA.
Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord
Landschaftspark is a public park located in Duisburg Nord, Germany. It was designed in 1991 by Latz + Partner, with the intention that it work to heal and understand the industrial past, rather than trying to reject it. The park closely associates itself with the past use of the site: a coal and steel production plant (abandoned in 1985, leaving the area significantly polluted) and the agricultural land it had been prior to the mid 19th century.
Rhine–Herne Canal
The Rhine–Herne Canal is a 45.6-kilometre long transportation canal in the Ruhr area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, with five canal locks. The canal was built over a period of eight years (5 April 1906 - 14 July 1914) and connects the harbour in Duisburg on the Rhine with the Dortmund-Ems Canal near Henrichenburg, following the valley of the Emscher. It was widened in the 1980s.
Duisburg Zoo
The Duisburg Zoo, founded on May 12, 1934, is one of the largest zoological gardens in Germany. It is especially well known for its dolphinarium and, since 1994, for breeding koalas. Far less well known are the breeding successes in other areas, for example, with fossas and Red River hogs. The zoo is located in the northern part of the Duisburg urban forest on the border with Mülheim on the Ruhr.

CentrO is part of a large commercial development in Oberhausen, Germany, called the "Neue Mitte" or "new center". The development was rather controversial, with neighbouring municipalities opposing the project, fearing a loss of sales in their city centers.
Styrum
Styrum (sometimes spelled "Stirum") was an immediate lordship in the Holy Roman Empire, located in Mülheim an der Ruhr in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It held no seat in the Diet, and was totally circumvened by the lordship of Broich. The exact date of construction of its castle is unknown. Styrum was already prosperous in Frankish times before Charlemagne (late 8th century). In 1067 Styrum was given to the Abbacy of Kaiserswerth.

Niederrheinstadion, Stadion Niederrhein is a multi-purpose stadium in Oberhausen, Germany. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Rot-Weiß Oberhausen. The stadium currently has a capacity of 21,318 spectators and opened in 1926.
Gasometer Oberhausen
The Oberhausen gasometer, the largest disc-type gas holder in Europe, is an industrial monument located in Oberhausen, Germany. It was constructed between 1927 and 1929. Today it is an Anchor Point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage and serves as an exhibition hall.
Botanischer Garten Duisburg-Hamborn
The Botanischer Garten Duisburg-Hamborn, also known as the Botanischer Garten Duisburg or the Botanischer Garten Hamborn, is a municipal botanical garden and aquarium located at Fürst-Pückler-Straße 18, Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is open daily, and should not be confused with the Botanischer Garten Kaiserberg, another botanical garden in Duisburg. The garden hosts about 1,000 species outdoors and in greenhouses.
Botanischer Garten Kaiserberg
The Botanischer Garten Kaiserberg (2 hectares) is a botanical garden located at Schweizer Straße 24, Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The garden was established in 1890 and primarily cultivates native plants, but also includes exotic flora such as Araucaria, Ginkgo biloba, Sequoiadendron. It is open daily without charge, and should not be confused with the Botanischer Garten Duisburg-Hamborn, another botanical garden in Duisburg.

Auf dem Damm (VRR)
Auf dem Damm is an underground Stadtbahn Rhein-Ruhr station, located in Duisburg-Meiderich, named after the street "Auf dem Damm", under which it is located. The station was opened in 2000, when the overground tram route from Meiderich to Duissern was replaced by the underground section. The former route was not guided via Auf dem Damm, so before the opening of the new line, this area had no connection to the light rail network. Auf dem Damm station was designed by Eberhard Bosslet.
Mülheim-Styrum station
Mülheim-Styrum station is located in the district of Styrum in the German city of Mülheim in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Witten/Dortmund–Oberhausen/Duisburg line and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 3 station. It is served by Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn lines S 1 and S 3 every 20 minutes, Mülheim tram line 110, operating every 20 minutes and two bus routes: 122 (every 20 minutes) and 129 (every 30–60 minutes), operated by Mülheimer VerkehrsGesellschaft.
Mülheim (Ruhr) West station
Mülheim (Ruhr) West station is located in the German city of Mülheim in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Witten/Dortmund–Oberhausen/Duisburg line and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station. The station was opened 1 March 1862 by the Bergisch-Märkische Railway Company and was called Mülheim (BM) station until 1892, when it was renamed Mülheim (Ruhr).

The station opened between 1880 and 1897. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station. The station is located 300m away from Essen-Dellwig Ost station. The station is served by line S 2 (running between Dortmund and Duisburg, operating every 60 minutes during the day.
