Ich bin ein Berliner
"Ich bin ein Berliner" ("I am a Berliner") is a quotation from a June 26, 1963, speech by U.S. President John F. Kennedy in West Berlin. He was underlining the support of the United States for West Germany 22 months after the Soviet-supported East Germany erected the Berlin Wall as a barrier to prevent movement between East and West. The message was aimed as much at the Soviets as it was at Berliners, and was a clear statement of U.S. policy in the wake of the construction of the Berlin Wall.
Rathaus Schöneberg

RIAS (German: Rundfunk im amerikanischen Sektor; English: Broadcasting in the American Sector) was a radio and television station in the American Sector of Berlin during the Cold War. It was founded by the US occupational authorities after World War II in 1946 to provide the German population in and around Berlin with news and political reporting and for its first seven months was distributed (as DIAS – Drahtfunk im amerikanischen Sektor) via wired relay only.
Bierpinsel
Bierpinsel (beer brush) is the name of a building with a restaurant in the Steglitz neighborhood of Berlin. It has a height of 46 meters with a shape resembling that of an observation tower - the original architectural idea was that of a tree shape. It was built from 1972 to 1976. The building has three floors usually equipped with restaurants and a night club. The history of business usage is long and filled with bankruptcy featuring short periods of closing the building.
Rüdesheimer Platz (Berlin U-Bahn)
Rüdesheimer Platz is a Berlin U-Bahn station located in the Wilmersdorf district on the U3. The station opened on October 12, 1913. The eponymous square was named after the town of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Hesse, famous for its Rheingau wines. Willy Leitgebel constructed it like the nearby station Heidelberger Platz and Breitenbachplatz in a very pompous way. Mosaics, a lot of details and granite columns can be found there.
Breitenbachplatz (Berlin U-Bahn)
Breitenbachplatz is a Berlin U-Bahn station located in the Dahlem district on the U3. It opened on October 12, 1913. The station, and the eponymous square, were named after Minister of State Paul von Breitenbach. It was constructed by W. Leitgebel and closed for a few months during 1945 because of World War II. In 2011 the station was renovated to include a new floor and a lift.
Berlin Heidelberger Platz station
Berlin Heidelberger Platz is a railway station in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin. It is served by S-Bahn lines S41, S42 and S46 and U-Bahn line U3. The station on the Berlin Ringbahn was opened with the name "Schmargendorf" on December 15, 1883. In 1980 the S-Bahn service was discontinued and the former entrance hall eventually became a nightclub.

Berlin Innsbrucker Platz is a railway station in the Schöneberg district of Berlin and located on the square of the same name. It is served by the Ringbahn lines S41, S42, S45 and S46 of the Berlin S-Bahn, as well as by the U-Bahn line U4. The U-Bahn station opened in 1910 with the original name Hauptstraße after the section of the Reichsstraße 1 running through the districts of Schöneberg and Friedenau.

Bayerischer Platz is a Berlin U-Bahn station on the U4 and the U7. The station is located under the square of the same name in the centre of the Bayerisches Viertel neighbourhood in Schöneberg. The U4 station opened with the rest of that line on 1 December 1910 and is now a protected historic landmark; the U7 part of the station opened on 29 January 1971.

Berlin Bundesplatz is a railway station in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin. It is served by the S-Bahn lines S41, S42, S45 and S46 and the U-Bahn line U9. Opened in 1971 by R.G. Rümmler, it was build next to a highway tunnel. There is no direct connection between the two directions of the subways because the platforms are located on the right of each highway direction. Mentionable is the different color scheme on the stations heading north/south.

Schloßstraße is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U9. With its visible concrete walls partially covered by dark blue, orange and yellow plastic panels, this station is a brilliant example of the 1970s pop-art design. Opened in 1974 by Schüler /Witte, it was planned to be a transfer station between U9 and the to-be-built U10. However until now there is no plan to establish this line.
Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (Berlin U-Bahn)
Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U9. Opened in 1971, this station was created by Rümmler. It was build just next to the grounding of the 1893 built church "Zum Guten Hirten". The place was named after Fr. Wilhelm the emperor Friedrich III. who died after only 99 days being emperor. 1946 there was a proposal to rename the station to Engelsplatz, which was not carried out.

Berlin Rathaus Steglitz (in German Bahnhof Berlin Rathaus Steglitz) is a railway station on the Wannsee Railway in the district of Steglitz in Berlin, Germany. It is served by the Berlin S-Bahn, Berlin U-Bahn and numerous local bus lines. The subway station was built in 1974 by R.G. Rümmler. A platform for the planned U10 subway line was built also however it is unlikely that it will constructed (planned to Lankwitz).
