Munich massacre
The Munich massacre was an attack during the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Bavaria, West Germany on 11 members of the Israeli Olympic team, who were taken hostage and eventually killed, along with a German police officer, by the Palestinian group Black September. Shortly after the crisis began, they demanded the release of 234 prisoners held in Israeli jails, and the release of the founders of the German Red Army Faction, who were held in German prisons.
Olympic Stadium (Munich)
Olympiastadion is a stadium located in Munich, Germany. Situated at the heart of the Olympiapark München in northern Munich, the stadium was built as the main venue for the 1972 Summer Olympics. With an original capacity of 80,000, the stadium also hosted many major football matches including the 1974 World Cup Final and the Euro '88 Final. It hosted the European Cup Finals of 1979, 1993 and 1997.

Westfriedhof is an U-Bahn station in Munich on the U1 line of the Munich U-Bahn system, it opened on 24 May 1998, the extension onwards to Georg-Brauchle-Ring was completed in 2003. 11 large lamps measuring 3.80 metres in diameter were installed in 2001 and bathe the station in blue, red and yellow light. The station is also served by routes Munich tramway and Munich tramway of the Munich tramway, and is the terminus of the latter route.
Georg-Brauchle-Ring (Munich U-Bahn)
Georg-Brauchle-Ring is an U-Bahn station in Munich on the U1. It is located below the Georg-Brauchle-Ring, part of Munich's Mittlerer Ring ring road system. It opened on 18 October 2003. Artist Franz Ackermann produced two coloured walls for the station entitled The Great Journey and consisting of 400 panels, each wall weighing 30 tons.

München Olympiastadion station
München Olympiastadion is a former stop on the Munich S-Bahn. The station was built in the early 1970s and opened on May 26, 1972 to provide additional means of transportation for the 1972 Summer Olympics. Today, it has fallen into disuse and the tracks leading to the station have been removed. The station saw use during the 1972 Olympics, but was disconnected from the regular service network after the Olympic games ended.
München-Laim station

Eisenbahnkaserne
The Eisenbahnkaserne was a military facility in Munich existing from 1890 to 1976. The "Kasernement des Eisenbahnbataillons" (Kasernement of the Railroad Battalion) was built between 1888 and 1889. It was located in the West of today's Olympiapark near Dachauer Straße, where the Munich Bundeswehr Administration Center is currently located.

The Botanischer Garten München-Nymphenburg (21.20 hectares) is a botanical garden and arboretum located at Menzinger Str. 65, Munich, Bavaria, Germany. It is open daily, except on 24 and 31 December; an admission fee is charged. Munich's first botanical garden, now called the "old botanical garden", was established in 1809 to designs by Friedrich Ludwig von Sckell near Karlsplatz, where its remains are still visible.
