Pegnitz (river)
The Pegnitz is a small river in Franconia in the German federal state of Bavaria. The Pegnitz has its source in the city of the same name at an altitude of 425 m and meets the Rednitz at 283 m northwest of Fürth. From that point on the river is called Regnitz. The Pegnitz is about 115 km long. The river is inhabited by numerous ducks, coots, swans, and gulls.

The airport is ranked 10th among German airports and 87th in Europe. It is also a hub for Air Berlin - Germany's second largest airline. Bergkirchweih
The Bergkirchweih is an annual fair and beer festival in Erlangen, Germany. Locals nickname it Berch, which is the Franconian pronunciation of the German word Berg, meaning mountain or hill. The Bergkirchweih starts on the Thursday before Pentecost at 5PM. The opening ceremony called "Anstich", which is carried out by the town's mayor, takes place in a different beer cellar every year. Thousands gather to watch the opening spectacle hoping to get one of the free beers from the first barrel.
Kosbach
Kosbach is a village on the outskirts of Erlangen, Germany. The village is known locally for its own Kirchweih festival, the Kosbacher Karpfen Kirchweih, which is a celebration at which carp is consumed en masse. The village is surrounded by carp ponds. The ponds are lined with nets, a month or so before the festival the nets are raised so the fish are off the bottom and the muddiness is rinsed away.

The village is located between the Rhine–Main–Danube Canal and the Regnitz, into which the Zenn and, further north, the Michaelbach flows. The flood plain of Regnitz and Zenn is listed as a landscape conservation area.

The station is a central hub for the public transport, here change for city buses 173, 174, 175, 177, 178, 179 and regional buses 124, 125 is possible.

The Trolli Arena is a football stadium in the district of Ronhof in Fürth, Bavaria, and the home ground of Fußball-Bundesliga team SpVgg Greuther Fürth. The stadium was originally opened on 11 September 1910 under the name Sportplatz am Ronhofer Weg gegenüber dem Zentral-Friedhof (English: Sports ground on Ronhof Lane opposite the central cemetery) and today holds a capacity crowd of 15,000.

The Rednitz is a river in Franconia, Germany, tributary of the Regnitz . The Rednitz is formed by the confluence of the rivers Fränkische Rezat and Schwäbische Rezat, in Georgensgmünd. The Rednitz flows north through Roth bei Nürnberg, Schwabach and the southwestern quarters of Nuremberg. The Rednitz joins the Pegnitz to form the Regnitz in Fürth.
Tennenlohe
Tennenlohe is a district of the city of Erlangen in Middle Franconia, Germany, located about 6 km south of the city centre at the motorway A 3. Tennenlohe was amalgamated into the city on July 1, 1972. It has 4,439 inhabitants (March 1, 2007). The settlement probably originated at the end of the 12th century and is first documented in 1265. It remained a village with scattered buildings around ten larger farms until the 19th century.

It is open daily except Monday. The garden's origins date back to 1626 when the hortus medicus was established in Nuremberg.
Fürth Airfield
Fürth Airfield is a former military airfield located in Germany about 2 miles north-northeast of Fürth (Bavaria); approximately 200 miles south-southwest of Berlin. The airffield was used during World War II by the German Luftwaffe as a combat airfield. It was seized in early April 1945 by the United States Army and used as a Ninth Air Force combat airfield until the end of the war in Europe. After the war "Army Airfield Station Fürth" was established at the airfield, being closed in June 1947.
