Catacombs of Paris
The Catacombs of Paris or Catacombes de Paris is a underground ossuary in Paris, France. Located south of the former city gate (the "Barrière d'Enfer" at today's Place Denfert-Rochereau), the ossuary holds the remains of about six million people and fills a renovated section of caverns and tunnels that are the remains of Paris's stone mines.

Flora Tristan
Flora Tristan (7 April 1803 in Paris – 14 November 1844 in Bordeaux, France) was a socialist writer and activist. She was one of the founders of modern feminism. She wrote several works, the best known of which are Peregrinations of a Pariah (1838), Promenades in London (1840), and The Workers' Union (1843). Alésia (Paris Métro)
Alésia is a station of the Paris Métro on line 4 in the 14th arrondissement. The line 4 platforms were opened on 30 October 1909 when the southern section of the line opened between Raspail and Porte d'Orléans. The name refers to Rue d'Alésia, named for the Battle of Alesia between the Gauls of Vercingetorix and the Romans of Julius Caesar.
Denfert-Rochereau (Paris Métro)
Denfert-Rochereau is a station on the Paris Métro in France. An adjacent station with the same name is served by RER B. The station opened on 24 April 1906 with the opening of the extension of line 2 Sud from Passy to Place d'Italie. On 14 October 1907 line 2 Sud became part of line 5.
Mouton-Duvernet (Paris Métro)
Mouton-Duvernet is a small, typically Parisian metro station on line 4 in the 14th arrondissement. The line 4 platforms were opened on 30 October 1909 when the southern section of the line opened between Raspail and Porte d'Orléans. The name refers to the Rue Mouton-Duvernet, named after 19th-century general Régis Barthélemy Mouton-Duvernet.
Petit-Montrouge
The quartier du Petit-Montrouge is number 55 of the 80 quartiers administratifs (administrative districts) in Paris. It lies in the 14th Arrondissement, in the south of the capital. It owes its name to the adjacent commune of Montrouge, of which it formed a part before 1860. It is familiar as the quartier Alésia, from the name of a street that bisects it and from the principal Métro station that serves it, although the quartier Alésia does not exactly overlap the quartier du Petit-Montrouge.
Saint-Pierre-de-Montrouge
Saint-Pierre-de-Montrouge is a 19th century church in Paris, in the Petit-Montrouge quarter of the XIVe arrondissement. It was built from 1863, during Hausmann's redesign of the city, by Joseph Auguste Émile Vaudremer, the architect charged with designing the 14e arrondissement. It occupies a triangular site bounded by the avenue du Maine and the avenue du général-Leclerc, and its bell-tower faces the quarter's central square.
Place Denfert-Rochereau
Place Denfert-Rochereau, previously known as Place d'Enfer, is a public square located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, France, in the Montparnasse district, at the intersection of the boulevards Raspail, Arago, and Saint-Jacques, and the avenues René Coty, Général Leclerc, and Denfert-Rochereau, as well as the streets Froidevaux, Victor-Considérant and de Grancey. It is one the largest and most important squares on the left bank of the Seine.
