6th arrondissement of Paris
The 6th arrondissement of Paris is one of the 20 arrondissements (administrative districts) of Paris, France. It includes world famous educational institutions such as the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris and the Académie française, the seat of the French Senate as well as a concentration of some of Paris's most famous monuments such as Saint-Germain Abbey and square, St. Sulpice Church and square, the Pont des Arts and the Jardins du Luxembourg.
École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts
The École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (ENSB-A) is the distinguished National School of Fine Arts in Paris, France. The École des Beaux-arts is made up of a vast complex of buildings located at 14 rue Bonaparte, between the quai Malaquais and the rue Bonaparte, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près, just across the Seine from the Louvre museum. Founded in 1648 by Charles Le Brun as the Académie de peinture et de sculpture (the famed French Academy).
Saint-Sulpice (Paris Métro)
Saint-Sulpice is a station on line 4 of the Paris Métro in the Left Bank in the 6th arrondissement. The station was opened on 9 January 1910 as part of the connecting section of the line under the Seine between Châtelet and Raspail. It is named after the nearby Saint-Sulpice church, famous for its gnomon. Also nearby are the Luxembourg Palace, the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district and the town hall of the 6th arrondissement.

Mabillon (Paris Métro)
Mabillon is a station on line 10 of the Paris Metro in the heart of the Left Bank and the 6th arrondissement. The station opened on 10 March 1925 as part of the line's extension from Croix Rouge (a station between Sèvres - Babylone and Mabillon, which was closed during World War II). It was the eastern teminus of the line until its extension to Odéon on 14 April 1926.
Boulevard Saint-Germain
The Boulevard Saint-Germain is a major street in Paris on the Left Bank (south side) of the Seine river. It curves in a 3.5 kilometer arc from the Pont de Sully in the east (the bridge at the edge of the Île Saint-Louis) to the Pont de la Concorde (the bridge to the Place de la Concorde) in the west and traverses the 5th, 6th, and 7th arrondissements. At its midpoint, the Boulevard Saint-Germain is traversed by the north-south Boulevard Saint-Michel.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés is an area of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, France, located around the church of the former Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Home to a number of famous cafés, such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area was the center of the existentialist movement.
Saint-Sulpice, Paris
Saint-Sulpice is a Roman Catholic church in Paris, France, on the east side of the Place Saint-Sulpice, in the Luxembourg Quarter of the VIe arrondissement. At 113 metres long, 58 metres in width and 34 metres tall, it is only slightly smaller than Notre-Dame and thus the second largest church in the city. It is dedicated to Sulpitius the Pious. During the 18th century, an elaborate gnomon, the Gnomon of Saint-Sulpice, was constructed in the church.

The large public space at the Place Saint Sulpice, which is dominated on its eastern side by the church of Saint-Sulpice, was built in 1754 as a tranquil garden in the Latin Quarter of the 6th arrondissement of Paris.
Les Deux Magots
Les Deux Magots is a famous café in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris, France. It once had a reputation as the rendezvous of the literary and intellectual élite of the city. It is now a popular tourist destination. Its historical reputation is derived from the patronage of Surrealist artists, intellectuals such as Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre, and young writers, such as Ernest Hemingway.
Café de Flore
The Café de Flore, at the corner of Boulevard Saint-Germain and Rue St. Benoit, in the 6th arrondissement, is one of the oldest and the most prestigious coffeehouses in Paris, celebrated for its famous clientele. The classic Art Deco interior of all red seating, mahogany and mirrors has changed little since World War II. Like its main rival, Les Deux Magots, it has hosted most of the French intellectuals during the post-war years.
Rue de l'Abbaye
Rue de l'Abbaye is a commercial street in the VIe arrondissement of Paris, named after the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It has a length of some 170m and runs from the Rue Guillaume Apollinaire to the Rue de l'Echaudé. The street itself dates from 1800 although the land it runs over has a much longer history.
Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés
The Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, just beyond the outskirts of early medieval Paris, was the burial place of Merovingian kings of Neustria. At that time, the Left Bank of Paris was prone to flooding from the Seine, so much of the land could not be built upon and the Abbey stood in the middle of fields, or prés in French, thereby explaining its appellation. The Abbey was founded in the 6th century by the son of Clovis I, Childebert I (ruled 511–558).
L'Hôtel
L'Hôtel is a 4-star luxury hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris. When previously known as the Hôtel d'Alsace, Oscar Wilde spent his last days there in room 16, famously remarking "I am dying beyond my means". Other former residents include Marlon Brando, actress and singer Mistinguett, and writer Jorge Luis Borges, who said it seemed to have been "sculpted by a cabinet maker".

Académie Nationale de Médecine, or National Academy of Medicine was created in 1820 by king Louis XVIII at the urging of baron Antoine Portal. At its inception, the institution was known as the Académie Royale de Médecine (or Royal Academy of Medicine).
Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier
The Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier is a theatre located at 21, rue du Vieux-Colombier, in the 6th arrondissement in Paris. It was founded in 1913 by the theatre producer and playwright Jacques Copeau. Today it is one of the three theatres in Paris used by the Comédie-Française.

The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saint Wladimir-Le-Grand de Paris (French: Éparchie Saint Vladimir le Grand de Paris des Ukrainiens) is an eparchy for Ukrainian Greek Catholics in France. The eparchy was erected on 22 July 1960 as apostolic exarchate for the faithful of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. In January 19, 2013 the Exarchate was elevated in the rank of the Eparchy by Pope Benedict XVI. Its cathedral church is the Cathédrale Saint-Volodymyr-le-Grand in Paris.
Musée – Librairie du Compagnonnage
The Musée - Librairie du Compagnonnage is a museum devoted to French trade guilds. It is located in the 6th arrondissement at 10, rue Mabillon, Paris, France, and open weekday afternoons; entry is free. The museum is operated by the Compagnons du Tour de France in the former seat of the Compagnons Charpentiers du Devoir de Liberté ("Indiens"), and documents the history of French trade guilds from their medieval origins to the present day.

The Musée national Eugène Delacroix, also known as the Musée Delacroix, is an art museum dedicated to painter Eugène Delacroix (1798–1863) and located in the 6th arrondissement at 6, rue de Furstenberg, Paris, France. It is open daily except Tuesday; an admission fee is charged.
École des Beaux-Arts
An École des Beaux-Arts is one of a number of influential art schools in France. The most famous is the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, now located on the left bank in Paris, across the Seine from the Louvre, in the 6th arrondissement. The school has a history spanning more than 350 years, training many of the great artists in Europe. Beaux Arts style was modeled on classical "antiquities," preserving these idealized forms and passing the style on to future generations.

Fontaine Saint-Sulpice
The Fontaine Saint-Sulpice (also known as the Fontaine de la place Saint-Sulpice or as the Fontaine des Orateurs-Sacré) is a monumental fountain located in Place Saint-Sulpice in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. It was constructed between 1843 and 1848 by the architect Louis Visconti, who also designed he tomb of Napoleon. The four figures on the fountain represent four French religious figures of the 17th century famous for their eloquence.
