Rajamäki
Rajamäki is a village in Nurmijärvi, Finland. The population of Rajamäki is around 7,000 to 8,000. Rajamäki is the most famous for its alcohol distillery, Altia. Altia was established in 1888 because of the fresh and pure water at Rajamäki. Rajamäki has elementary school and high school, which is focused on floorball due to lot of Finland's young top players living in the area.
Finnish Railway Museum
The Finnish Railway Museum is located in Hyvinkää, Finland. It was originally founded in 1898 and located in Helsinki. The museum was moved to Hyvinkää in 1974. The museum is on the original station and yard site of the Hanko–Hyvinkää railway. In addition to the station building, there is a roundhouse and several other preserved buildings, mainly from the 1870s. Unique objects are on display, including the only surviving imperial train of the Russian Emperor.

Finavia also runs a special vocation establishment Avia College, which is also situated in the grounds of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.
Klaukkala
Klaukkala is a village in the southern part of the Nurmijärvi municipality of Finland, near the Valkjärvi lake. Klaukkala is the largest of the villages in Nurmijärvi and is often mistakenly thought of as a separate city. Lepsämä, an area belonging to Klaukkala, is the place where the former Prime Minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen currently resides. Klaukkala has a population of about 15 000 and is the fastest-growing area of Nurmijärvi.

Hyvinkää Church, also known as The New Church of Hyvinkää, is a modernist church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland, located in the town of Hyvinkää, Finland. It was designed by architect Professor Aarno Ruusuvuori and built in 1961.
Kiljava
Kiljava is a village in the municipality of Nurmijärvi in southern Finland. Kiljava is most famous for its public, all-purpose educational institute (Kiljavan opisto in Finnish). It is also a popular vacation resort, with two private camping areas - one for SAFA architects and one for the Finnish Police Force - and a public beach.
Röykkä
Röykkä is a village located in the Nurmijärvi municipality. In Röykkä there is a school and a Valintatalo (ex. Siwa) superstore. Population is about 2500. "Little-Sääksi"(Sääksi is Finland's biggest fountain) is a popular beach in the village. There is also a lake called Vaaksi in the village. It is also in fact a big fountain. The water in both lakes is drinkable!
Hyvinkää railway station
Hyvinkää railway station is located in Hyvinkää, Finland, approximately 40 kilometres north of Helsinki Central railway station. It is situated between the stations of Jokela and Riihimäki The station serves the R, H and T commuter rail lines between Helsinki and the Riihimäki terminus to the north.
Jokela school shooting
The Jokela school massacre was a school shooting that occurred on November 7, 2007, at Jokela High School in Jokela, a town in the municipality of Tuusula, Finland. The gunman, 18-year-old student Pekka-Eric Auvinen, entered the school on that morning armed with a semi-automatic pistol. He killed eight people and wounded one person in the toe before shooting himself in the head; eleven others were also injured by flying shattered glass. Auvinen died later that evening in a Helsinki hospital.
Jokela
Jokela is one of the three administrative centers in the Finnish municipality Tuusula. It has a population of around 6,000 residents. The Jokela School Centre and the Jokela railway station serve the community. Many residents commute to the capital of Finland, Helsinki, which is about 30 miles or 30 minutes away.
Jokela High School
Jokela High School is a public secondary school in Jokela School Centre in the village of Jokela, Tuusula municipality, Finland. It is located 43 kilometers outside the capital Helsinki. The school educates about 450 pupils. Jokela School Center also houses grades 7–9.
Keimola Motor Stadium
The Keimola Motor Stadium was a dedicated race track located in Vantaa, Finland. It was founded by Finnish racing driver Curt Lincoln after the closure of the Eläintarha track in 1963. Construction started in 1965 and the track was opened on 12 June 1966. The track was 3.3 km long, consisting of eight turns and a 1 km home straight. Multiple racing series, including Formula Two, Formula Vee and Interserie, raced on the track during the years it was used.

Lepsämä is a village in the municipality of Nurmijärvi, Finland. There is a comprehensive school in Lepsämä. There also used to be a shop, a bank and a post office. The former prime minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen lives in Lepsämä. Lepsämä has grown in population in recent few years and in 2005 it was the most rapidly growing village in Finland (in relation to population size).
Veromies
Veromies (meaning "taxman") is a district in Vantaa, Finland, to the south of the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and to the west of the Tuusulanväylä highway. In the south, Veromies borders the Pakkala area, separated by the Kehä III beltway. The Veromies district includes small-scale industry, office buildings and three hotels. The western side of the Lentoasemantie road has recently been named Virkamies .
Lentokenttä
Lentokenttä is a district of Vantaa, Finland, in the middle of the city. The district is part of the Tikkurila main district and has been named after the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport situated there. The district of Lentokenttä is the largest single job concentration of Vantaa. In 2001, the district provided jobs for over 11 thousand people, of which almost 9 thousand worked in customer service. As the airport area has grown, the number of jobs has increased dramatically.

VR Group (privatised in 1995, previously Valtionrautatiet, Finnish state railways) has a monopoly on passenger traffic and is currently the only freight operator on the Finnish rail network. Some trainsets are however owned by other companies such as Pääkaupunkiseudun Junakalusto Oy or Karelian Trains.
