Kauklahti
Kauklahti or Köklax (Swedish, alternative spelling Köklaks, old Finnish Kaukalaksi) is a district of Espoo, in the Greater Helsinki area of Finland. It is one of the oldest population centers in the city: it was already inhabited 4000 years BCE. Kauklahti is growing fast and in 2006 hosted The Finnish Housing Fair.

The station serves the S, U, E and night train L lines between Central Helsinki and Kirkkonummi, and is between the stations of Mankki and Espoo Central. The station has three platforms, one for trains towards Kirkkonummi, one towards Espoo and Helsinki, and one for the line E.

Mankki is the least used Station in the Espoo area, which is only 60-100 Passengers per day.

Peltos whistle-stop
Peltos whistle-stop was a railway halt in Espoo, Finland midway between Espoo railway station & Kauklahti railway station, about 1.8 km from each. Peltos halt was opened on 2 January 1931. The whistle-stop was planned to be abolished in 1978 but due a local small hospital and the wishes of a few locals it remained. The Peltos halt was very rarely used as the area is in a field and has very few houses near it.
