Tahkovuori
Tahkovuori or Tahko, is a Finnish tourist center, open round the year. It is situated in Kuopio, about 70 kilometers from the city centre. The popularity of Tahko is a consequence of both good location and a rapid and forceful development and diversifying of activities. Tahko is called a small tourist town with its many restaurants and possibilities for various outdoor activities. It has some of the best winter sports facilities in Finland.
