Norðskáli
Norðskáli is a settlement in the Faroe Islands on the island of Eysturoy at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:62|12|47|N|6|59|59|W| | |name= }}, a few kilometres north of Oyri. Its name means north dwelling and its population is 249. A 226-metre bridge crosses Sundini from the island of Streymoy between Norðskáli and Oyri. Since the bridge was opened in 1976, a settlement named Oyrarbakki has grown up near the bridge, with a large school, shops and a post office.
Langasandur
Langasandur is a village located at 62°14′14″N, 7°3′13″W on the Faroese island of Streymoy in the municipality of Sunda. The 2012 population was 43. Its postal code is FO 438. There was a whaling station just south of the village of Langasandur, in a place called Gjánoyri. It was built in 1894 by Norwegians and was the first whaling station in the Faroe Islands. It closed down in 1925.
Streymnes
Streymnes is a village on the eastern coast of the Faroese island of Streymoy in the municipality of Sunda. The 2005 population was 201. Its postal code is FO 435. It is near the site of a former Norwegian whaling station active from 1893-1927. Streymnes is the northern half of a twin-village situated on both sides of the valley. The villages are divided by the river Stórá. The southern half which is approximately the same size is called Hvalvík.

Nesvík is home to a religious camp of the conservative Inner Mission of the national church, and a conference center called Leguhusið í Nesvík. Its name is derived from the Faroese words for cape and bay.
