Pärnu County, or Pärnumaa, is one of 15 counties of Estonia. It is situated in south-western part of the country, on the coast of Gulf of Riga, and borders Lääne and Rapla counties to the north, Järva and Viljandi counties to the east, and Latvia to the south. 88,466 people live in Pärnu County – constituting 6.6% of the total population in Estonia (as of January 2009). Pärnu County is the largest county of Estonia in terms of land area.

Audru Ring
Audru Ring (also known as EST-Ring, Pärnu Ring and Sauga Ring) is a motor racing circuit in Papsaare, near Pärnu, Estonia. It is operated by A2 Racing MTÜ and is the only permanent road circuit in Estonia. The track has two configurations, the 1.5-kilometre Grand Prix circuit, and the 2.2-kilometer Long Circuit. The circuit hosts rounds of Baltic Touring Car Championship and other Estonian, Finnish, Baltic and North European Zone events.

Endla is a professional theatre in city of Pärnu, Estonia. The theatre was opened in 1911. The first performance was "Libahunt" ("Werewolf") by Estonian writer August Kitzberg. The Estonian Declaration of Independence was proclaimed from the theatre's balcony on 23 February 1918, one day before it was proclaimed in Tallinn.
