Søndersø is a town in central Denmark with a population of 3,068 (1 January 2011), located in Nordfyn municipality on the island of Funen.
Tommerup
Tommerup is a town in central Denmark with a population of 1,618 (1 January 2011), located in Assens municipality on the island of Funen. Near Tommerup there is the tallest construction in Denmark, the 321.3 metre tall guyed mast of Brylle transmitter. Although Tommerup was the municipal seat of the former Tommerup Municipality, it was just the second largest town of the municipality, surpassed by Tommerup Stationsby.
Odinstårnet
Odinstårnet was an observation tower located on Bolbro Bakke (Bolbro Hill) in Odense, Denmark. The tower, 177 metres (581 ft) tall, was built in 1934-1935 using spare materials from the construction of the first Little Belt Bridge and opened on 29 May 1935. It was the second tallest tower in Europe, surpassed only by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The tower quickly became a symbol and source of pride of both Odense and the entire island of Funen.

TRE-FOR Park (originally Odense Stadion) is a football stadium and the home ground of Odense Boldklub and FC Fyn. It has a capacity of 15,633. Until 3 May 2010, the stadium was known as Fionia Park. The stadium consists of 4 stands: Two long-side stands: The Carlsberg stand (2342 seats) The Wupti.
Odense Airport
Odense Airport (Danish: Odense Lufthavn, also often referred to as Beldringe Lufthavn) is a small airport servicing the Danish city of Odense. It is located in the village of Beldringe, north-northwest of the city. The airstrip was constructed for military purposes in the early 1940s during the German occupation of Denmark. The airport previously operated domestic flights to Copenhagen, but Mærsk Air terminated this route following the opening of the Great Belt Fixed Link.

Heljan A/S is a Danish model railway company based in Søndersø. Originally specialising in decorations and accessories for model railways, it has now also developed a substantial range of rolling stock. It has diversified into modelling the British scene, and since 2002 have released several OO gauge diesel locomotives, and several O gauge models. British Outline now forms the biggest part of the Heljan business and UK operations are run from Denmark through an agent.
The Funen Village
The Funen Village (Danish: Den Fynske Landsby) is a Danish open air museum located in the Fruens Bøge district of Odense. It features 25 buildings from Funish villages, most of which date to the 18th and 19th century. The Funen Village was founded as a public works project in 1942, during the German occupation of Denmark, and opened to the public on 1 April 1946. Among the guests attending the opening were King Christian X.
Danish Railway Museum
The Danish Railway Museum is the national railway museum of Denmark, located in the city of Odense. Established in 1975, it is situated in a former engine shed adjacent to the city's main railway station. It is the largest railway museum in Scandinavia. Covering 10,000 square metres, it contains some 50 locomotives and railway carriages on 20 railtracks from all periods of Danish rail history, plus some original buildings of Danish railways.
Tommerup Stationsby
Tommerup Stationsby is a town in Funen, Denmark with a population of 2,401 (1 January 2011). Most villagers work in the more urbanised areas, but cattle is also kept and Tommerup is home to a stone factory. Because of clay shortages, this factory is mainly used for special ceramic products, such as a vase, five metres high, which was exhibited on the World's Fair in Sevilla, in 1992. In 1996, Tommerup Stationsby declared itself Cultural Village of Europe.
Funen
Funen, with an area of 2,984 km² (1152 sq. miles), is the fourth-largest island of Denmark, after Greenland, Zealand and Vendsyssel-Thy. It is the 163rd largest island in the world. It is in the central part of the country and has a population of 454,358 (2010). The main city is Odense, connected to the sea by a seldom-used canal. The city's shipyard Odense Steel Shipyard has been relocated outside of Odense proper. Funen belongs administratively to Region of Southern Denmark.

Provincial Archives of Funen
The Provincial Archives of Funen (Danish: Landsarkivet for Fyn) is part of the Danish State Archives, and is a culture institution under the Danish Ministry of Culture. It is located in Odense, in Denmark. As all Danish State Archives its primary purpose is to collect, preserve and archive historically valuable records. The archive accept archival material from state authorities, local authorities and individuals within the geographically area of the former Funen County.
Odense station
Odense Station (Danish: Odense Banegård Center) is the main railway station of the city of Odense, Denmark. Situated as a major station on the Copenhagen–Fredericia/Taulov line, it is also a terminus for Svendborgbanen. The current station building is Odense's third, having opened on 15 September 1995. The first one, now demolished, opened in 1865 with the rest of the railway line across Funen (Dronning Louises Jernbane), replaced in 1914 by the still-existing building drawn by Heinrich Wenck.
Teater Momentum
Teater Momentum is a small theatre in Odense, Denmark. Its location is at Ny Vestergade 18. The theatre itself was established in 2005 and it only features shows which are under the branch of modern drama. Teater Momentum receives public funding from the municipality of Odense and the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. The structure of the theatre is special as every season is different from the preceding one.
Funen's Art Museum
Funen's Art Museum, formerly The Museum of Funen's Abbey and Museum Civitatis Othiniensis, founded in 1885, is an art museum in Odense, Denmark. The museum, one of Denmark's oldest art museums, is located in a Classical, stately building on Jernbanegade. The building has a characteristic temple gable and a decorated frieze with scenes from Denmark's history and Norse mythology.
Odense Teater
Odense Teater is a theater in the city of Odense in Denmark. It can be dated back to 1796 and is therefore Denmark's second oldest theater. It is one of the country's three main theaters. The theater is located in Jernbanegade where it has three stages: Store Scene, Værkstedet and Foyerscenen. It also has stages at Farinen and Raffinaderiet in the old sugar factory of Odense, where there is also a drama school.
Brandts Museum of Photographic Art
The Danish Museum of Photographic Art is located in Odense, Denmark. It is the only national Danish art museum dedicated specifically to photographic art. It was founded in 1987 as part of the Brandts International Center for Art and Culture. The museum is an independent institution but as a state-approved art museum it receives partial funding from the Danish Heritage Agency under the Danish Ministry of Culture.
Bellinge, Denmark
Bellinge is a village in Denmark. It is situated southwest of Odense, and is a suburb of the city. As of 1 January 2011 the village has a population of 4,505. It is known for its church, Bellinge Kirke, with murals dating from 1496.
Odense University Hospital
Odense University Hospital (OUH) is the largest and most specialized hospital in Southern Denmark. In terms of beds it is also the largest hospital unit in the whole country. OUH is both Odense's and Funen's largest single workplace (Odense Municipality employs significantly more, but they are spread over many addresses). It has an operating budget of just under 3,5 billion DKK (2006) and employs 7.700 staff, equivalent to 6.100 full time employees. Of these, 1.300 are medical doctors.
Odense Atletikstadion
Odense Atletikstadion is a multi-use stadium in Odense, Denmark. It is used mostly for athletics and even some football matches and serves as the home stadium of FC Fyn. The stadium holds 8,000 people.
Dyrup
Dyrup is a community and leafy suburb of Odense SW, Denmark, along the green Odense River valley. Before the 1950s, Dyrup had approximately 700 inhabitants, was mostly rural and part of Sanderum municipality and parish. It is mentioned in 1497 as "Dyroppe", but is significantly older and shares its name with old Dyrupgård. Today, Dyrup has approximately 4,500 inhabitants, is part of Odense Municipality and has its own church.
Dallund
Dallund is a manor house located 15 km north-west of Odense on the Danish island of Funen. It now serves as a rehabilitation centre for cancer patients.
Maderup Mølle
Maderup Mølle is a smock mill originally built in Maderup, about 10 kilometres south-west of Bogense, on the island of Funen in Denmark. It was constructed in 1832 and operated as a grain mill until the mid-1930s. The building was dismantled in 1941 and moved to The Funen Village, an open-air museum in Odense, where it now stands. The windmill is built to an octagonal design. The upper part is reed-thatched, and the cap is thatched with straw.
Odense Zoo
Odense Zoo is a zoological garden in Odense, Denmark. At the time of its opening, the zoo had two apes, a peacock, a deer, a mule, a magpie, and a guinea pig. Today, the zoo has animals from all over the world, approx. 2,000 different animals, covering 147 species. In 2001, Odense Zoo inaugurated a DKK 60 million "Oceanium" featuring South-American animal life. In 2008, Odense Zoo was Funen's most popular tourist attraction and number 9 in Denmark.
