Escazú (canton)
Escazú is the name of the second canton in the province of San José in Costa Rica. The canton covers an area of 34.49 km². The canton lies west to San José Canton and its whole territory is part of San José Metropolitan Area Although the canton was one of the earliest established in the country, as the metropolitan area has expanded Escazú has become a suburban area on the west side of the national capital city of San José. It is delineated by the Río Tiribí on its northern border.
Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica (2011)
Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica (National Stadium of Costa Rica) is a multi-purpose stadium in La Sabana, San José, Costa Rica. It is the first modern sport and event arena to be built in Central America. The stadium was completed in 2011 and officially opened its doors to the public on Saturday, March 26 of that same year. The stadium replaces the original National Stadium.
Alajuelita (canton)
Alajuelita is the name of the 10th canton in the province of San José in Costa Rica. The canton covers an area of 21.17 km², and has a population of 75,418. The capital city of the canton is Alajuelita. The odd-shaped canton reaches southwest from the suburbs of the national capital city of San José. It is delineated by the Río Tiribí on the northeast, Río Cañas on the east, Río Poás on the southeast, and the Cerros de Escazú at it far southwestern end.
Carmen District, San José
El Carmen District is the first distrito of San José Canton in Costa Rica, and one of the four administrative units that form San José city proper. This district is not heavily populated although it is a busy downtown area in daytime.
Mata Redonda District
Mata Redonda is the name of the eighth "district" of San José Canton, Costa Rica. Besides the case of Carmen, afflicted by a strong population decline, Mata Redonda district possess the lowest rate of population density in San José downtown, because of the fact that within its confines lies the biggest urban park in the city, La Sabana Metropolitan Park.

Hatillo is the tenth district in San José Canton, the second highest of 470 districts in population density in Costa Rica, after Tibás's León XIII District.
Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica (1924)
Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica (Costa Rica National Stadium) was a multi-use stadium in La Sabana, San José, Costa Rica. It was used mostly for football matches. The stadium held 25,000 and was built in 1924. It was replaced by the current National Stadium. The stadium played host to Amnesty International's Human Rights Now! Benefit Concert on September 13, 1988.
