Wuhan University
Wuhan University is located in Wuhan, Hubei, China, and is administered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It was selected by both Project 985 and Project 211 as a major receiver of state fundings. The university is situated at Luojia Hill, with palatial buildings blending the Chinese and Western style. It was commonly regarded as one of the most beautiful campuses in China.
Hankou
Hankou was one of the three cities whose merging formed modern-day Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei province, China. It stands north of the Han and Yangtze Rivers where the Han falls into the Yangtze. Hankou is connected by bridges to its former sister cities Hanyang (between Han and Yangtze) and Wuchang (on the south side of he Yangtze). Hankou is the main port of Hubei province.
Tortoise Mountain TV Tower
Tortoise Mountain TV Tower is a 311.4 metres high TV Tower at Wuhan, People's Republic of China. It is a concrete tower equipped with an observation deck in a height of 210 metres . It does not stand directly upon the hill, which is occupied by an ancient temple complex. Guishan TV Tower is China's first self-developed TV tower. You can find rows of sculptures of ancient warriors on the hill with detailed introduction.

The current structure, however, was rebuilt in 1981 at an one kilometre distance from the original site, and bears little resemblance to the historical Yellow Crane Tower. The tower stands on Sheshan (Snake Hill), at the bank of Yangtze River in Wuchang District, Wuhan, in Hubei province of central China.

Minsheng Bank Building
The Minsheng Bank Building (also known as Wuhan International Securities Building) is a supertall skyscraper located in Wuhan, China. The 331 m tall building was completed in 2008 and contains 68 floors. In April 2006, the building was topped out, becoming the 18th-tallest building in the world. Currently, it is the 32nd-tallest in the world, and the 15th-tallest in China.
Wuhan World Trade Tower
The Wuhan World Trade Tower is a 273 metre (896 foot) tall skyscraper located in Wuhan, China. As of April 2006, it is the tallest completed building in Wuhan however will be surpassed in late 2006 by the Minsheng Bank Building. It was completed in 1998 and has 60 floors, 2 of which are underground and the remaining 58 are above ground. The tower serves for office purposes.
Jiali Plaza
Jiali Plaza is a 251-metre tall skyscraper located in Wuhan, China. The 61 storey building was completed in 1997 under the design by WMKY Lim. The building has two underground floors which are used as a car park. The building is the 124th tallest existing building in the world when measured up to the highest architectural point.
Wuhan Foreign Languages School
Wuhan Foreign Languages School, or WFLS, is a public secondary school founded in 1964 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It now offers education from 10th grade to 12th grade. WFLS's curriculum places a particular emphasis on foreign language training and maintains rigorous standards in the arts and sciences. Languages other than English, such as French, German, and Japanese, are offered. After 1998, WFLS is separated into two schools.

Four Great Towers of China
The Four Great Towers of China are four towers famous in Chinese History for a variety of reasons. They refer to: Yellow Crane Tower, Wuhan - Pavilion of Prince Teng, Jiangxi - Yueyang Tower, Yueyang - Penglai Pagoda, Shandong - {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37.829989|120.750732|type:landmark|||||| | |name= }}) Frequently, Penglai Pagoda is excluded because it lacks a major piece of literature, something the other towers all have.
Hubei Provincial Museum
Hubei Provincial Museum is one of the best-known museums in China, with a large amount of State-level historic and cultural relics. Established in 1953, the museum moved to its present location in 1960 and gained its present name in 1963. Since 1999 a number of new buildings have been added. The museum is located in the Wuchang District of Wuhan, Hubei Province, not far from the west shore of Wuhan's East Lake.
Gezhouba International Plaza
The Gezhouba International Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Wuhan, China. The mixed-use tower is set to rise 350 metres and contain 69 floors. It is expected to be completed in 2013.
Huanggang Normal University
Huanggang Normal University is a full-time provincial public normal university in Hubei, China. It is under the Educational Administration of Hubei Province. HNU offers courses to undergraduate students as well as other training courses for continuing education.
Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel
The Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel (also known as the Wuhan Changjiang Tunnel), is the first tunnel under the Yangtze River. Trial operation commenced on December 28, 2008. It takes about 7 minutes to cross the Yangtze River by car using the tunnel. The tunnel connects Hankou and Wuchang districts in the city of Wuhan. Construction commenced in 2004.
Wuhan Institute of Physical Education
Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is a tertiary educational institution in China. According to the statistics released by the Ministry of Education of China, the WIPE is one of the four leading universities in the physical education area in China. WIPE has many world famous alumni, such as gymnast Cheng Fei, who won more than 19 gold medals including an Olympic one.
Hankou Railway Station
Hankou Railway Station is one of the three main railway stations in the city of Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei Province of the People's Republic of China. It is located within the section of the city commonly known as Hankou (i.e. , the part of the city north of the Yangtze and Hanshui Rivers), although a fairly long distance (several kilometers) to the north from the historical center of Hankou.
East Lake (Wuhan)
East Lake is a large lake within the city limits of Wuhan, China, and the largest urban lake in China. Wuhan's East Lake covers an area of 33 square kilometers. It was designated as one of the 4A tourist zones of China in 2000. East Lake has a bird sanctuary, botanical garden, museums, boat rides, fishing, cycling, a public aquarium, and other activities for locals and tourists alike.

The Hubei University of Technology, founded in 1952, is located in Hubei Province's capital-Wuhan. It's a public key multi-discipline university of local province and has 1069 teachers and 18 thousand students.
Wuchang Railway Station
Wuchang Railway Station, located at the east side of Zhongshan Road in Wuchang District, Wuhan, Hubei, China is a major railway station administrated by the Wuhan Railway Bureau under the Ministry of Railways. Founded as the Tongxiang Gate Station in 1916, the station was moved several times and settled in the current location on 1957.
Wuhan Gymnasium
Wuhan Gymnasium) is an indoor sporting arena located in Wuhan, China. The capacity of the arena is 13,000 spectators. It hosts indoor sporting events such as basketball and volleyball. It will be the main venue for the 2011 FIBA Asia Championship. It is located near Wuhan Sports Center Stadium.
Wuhan University School of Law
Wuhan University School of Law is the law school of Wuhan University in Wuhan, China. It was originally established in 1928, which originates from Wuchang University of Law. In 1928, when the nationalist government established National Wuhan University, Wuchang University of Law joined in and became its law department.
South Lake (Wuhan)
South Lake is a subtropical shallow lake located in the southern suburbs of Wuchang, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. It has an average depth of 1.6 metres, lake bottom elevation 18 m, the width of the lake is about 15.4 km long, the length of the lake is about 5.4 km wide, area of 5km².
Wuhan Poly Plaza
Wuhan Poly Plaza, previously named Wuhan Poly Culture Plaza, is west of the intersection of Zhongnan Road and Hongshan Square in the Wuchang District of Wuhan, China. Its height is 221 meters, measured from surface to its roof; it has no spires. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, it has a floor area of 149,000 m2, which includes both the 46 floors of the main tower and 20 floors of its annex.
