University of Santiago, Chile
The University of Santiago, Chile (Usach) (Spanish: Universidad de Santiago de Chile) is one of the oldest public universities in Chile. The institution was born as Escuela de Artes y Oficios (Spanish School of Arts & Crafts) in 1849, under the government of Manuel Bulnes. It became Universidad Técnica del Estado (Spanish Technical University of the State) in 1947, with various campuses throughout the country.
Estación Central (railway station)
Estación Alameda (unofficially Estación Central) in Santiago, Chile, is the city's only railway station after the closure of the Estación Mapocho, serving southern Chile (passenger trains no longer serve northern Chile). It is on the Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, facing Matucana avenue.
O'Higgins Park
O'Higgins Park is Santiago, Chile's second largest public park (Santiago's Metropolitan Park is the largest). It is located in the center of the capital, in the Santiago Commune. Measuring some 190 acres (770,000 m²), it is about a fourth the size of Manhattan's Central Park.
Víctor Jara Stadium
Estadio Víctor Jara is an indoor multi-use sports complex located in the western part of Santiago, Chile, near the Estación Central. It was opened in 1949 as Estadio Chile (Chile Stadium). It has a total capacity for an audience of 4,500 people. In 2004 it was renamed as a memorial to folk singer Víctor Jara, who was tortured and killed there on September 16, 1973, during the Chilean coup of 1973 by members of the Chilean Army.
Movistar Arena
Movistar Arena is a 15,000-seat multi-purpose indoor arena in Santiago, Chile. It is located inside O'Higgins Park, in downtown Santiago. Its main structure was built in 1956, but it remained unfinished until 1999 when the roof was completed. Buyer Peter Hiller opened it on April 15, 2006 as Arena Santiago with a seat-capacity of 12,000.

Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins (English: General Liberator Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue), popularly known as La Alameda (meaning, a road surrounded by poplar trees), is Santiago, Chile's main avenue. It runs east-west in the center of the greater urban area and is 7.77 km long, and it has up to 5 lanes in each direction. It was named after Chile's founding father Bernardo O'Higgins. It was originally a branch of the Mapocho River.

Fantasilandia is a Chilean amusement park. The park opened in 1978 and is located in a corner of the O'Higgins Park in Santiago, Chile. On January 28, 1978 the park opened for first time with only 8 attractions, including the "Galaxy" coaster, "Mansion Siniestra", "Ford T" and "Century 2000", among others. Over the years the park has replaced many of its classic rides with modern rides like "Top Spin", "Xtreme Fall", and "Boomerang".

ONEMI or Oficina Nacional de Emergencia del Ministerio del Interior (National Office of Emergency of the Interior Ministry) is a Chilean government agency dedicated to the prevention, organization, coordination and information relative to natural disasters. After the 1960 Valdivia earthquake a committee was formed to solve problems caused by the earthquake. However, this committee was not dissolved afterwards and in 1974, it acquired by law independent status as governmental office.
Central University of Chile
The Central University of Chile (UCEN) (Spanish: Universidad Central de Chile) is the first autonomous private university in Chile, founded in 1982 in Santiago de Chile. It's accredited in the areas of institutional management and undergraduate teaching by the National Accreditation Commission of Chile for a term of four years from December 2008 to December 2012. The Central University of Chile is structured in nine faculties, in which are held 2 Ph.D.

Chile Tennis Federation (Spanish: Federación de Tenis de Chile) is the national governing body of a tennis in Chile. The federation was formed on April 3, 1920 in Santiago, under the name of the Lawn Tennis Association of Chile(LTAC). In 1948 LTAC joined the International Tennis Federation. At the national level it is affiliated to the Olympic Committee of Chile and on region basis it is the member of South America Tennis Confederation.
Palacio Cousiño
The Palacio Cousiño is a palace that was designed and built for Isidora Goyenechea, widow of Luis Cousiño, who in turn was son of Matías Cousiño. It is located at 438 Dieciocho Street in Santiago, Chile. The palace was designed by architect Paul Lathoud, who also designed the building housing the Chilean National Museum of Natural History. The palace was constructed in Second Empire Style and completed in 1878.

Las Rejas metro station
Las Rejas is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is built in cut-and-cover method. Stairways at each corner of the concourse mezzanine connect with the platform level. The mezzanine is accessed from ground level via four entrances, two on each side of the Alameda Avenue. Each pair of entrances converge into a single corridor that leads to the mezzanine.
Rondizzoni metro station
Rondizzoni is a metro station on the Line 2 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is located in the middle of a depressed alignment of Autopista Central and close to the southeast corner of O'Higgins Park. When the station opened, its name was Rondizzoni-Famae. Afterward, the name was truncated to just Rondizzoni. The station has an entrance on the Rondizzoni Avenue overpass. Line 2 enters a curved tunnel just south of the station and remains underground until its southern terminus.

Unión Latinoamericana, also known as ULA, is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is close to Víctor Jara Stadium. It has a single mezzanine, which is accessed by four entrances via two corridors. There are stairs at the four corners of the mezzanine, which are used as one-way walkways, although the stairs that go from the paid area of the mezzanine to the platforms can be used in a reverse direction for crossover between the platforms.

Universidad de Santiago is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. Is named for the nearby University of Santiago. The station is adjacent to the Evangelical Cathedral of Santiago and to the main bus stations in the city. The station has a central mezzanine that overlooks the outer portions of the platform level.
Franklin metro station
Franklin is an underground metro station on the Line 2 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. It is named for the Barrio Franklin. The station has a central mezzanine on the first level down containing turnstiles and a ticket booth. Stairs at the two northernmost corners of the mezzanine provide access to the platform level, whereas at south end of the mezzanine, one stair per platform go up to it. A passageway connects the mezzanine's east end to the only access to the station.
Los Cerrillos Airport
Los Cerillos Airport was the main aviation facility of Santiago de Chile until 1967, when Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport was opened.
