Delta Bessborough
The Delta Bessborough hotel is a four star (Canadian Star Quality Assurance), ten-story hotel located in downtown Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The hotel is a historical landmark in Saskatoon and is known for its castle-like appearance. Nutana Suburban Development Area (SDA) is an area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is a part of the east side community of Saskatoon, and should not be confused with Nutana, one of the neighbourhoods within the Core Neighbourhoods SDA. Marr Residence
The Marr Residence is a historic site located in the Nutana neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and was part of the original temperance colony that predated the city. Built in 1884 by stonemason Alexander "Sandy" Marr, it is the oldest building in Saskatoon on its original site. It was one of several houses requisitioned as a field hospital to treat wounded soldiers during the North-West Rebellion. When the hospital was closed in 1885 the home was returned to the Marr family.

Arrand Block
The Arrand Block is a historic building located in the Nutana neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was built by James and Walter T. Arrand, owners of the James and Walter T. Arrand Contractors' Company; Arrand Construction Company intended to use two of the apartments as their homes. Original features of the building include two story apartments, with sky lights on the top floor. The building was designated a heritage property on April 10, 1989.
F. P. Martin House
The F. P. Martin House (built in 1926) is a designated Municipal Heritage Property located in the Nutana, neighborhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The house was built a local architect Frank Percy Martin, in a unique Cottage Style with double dormers Gothic doorways, and lattice windows. F.P. Martin lived in one half of the building using the third floor loft as his study, the second half of the house was used by his brother.
