418 Main Street in Biggar, SK is a beautiful building built around 100 years ago, and was a bakery for many years. When it closed (in 1947), it became a motel. That closed 20 some years ago....

Biggar is a town in central Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located on Highway 14, 93 kilometres west of Saskatoon, the province’s most populous city. Biggar has become well known for its unusual town slogan, an Olympic athlete, and a world-record deer. The town was featured on American morning newsmagazine The Today Show in February 2010 as part of an ongoing Canadian-oriented segment during the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Winter is a ghost town in central Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located on Highway 787/675, 50 km northwest of Unity Saskatchewan, the closest town. It is 15 km North of Rutland and 35 km South of Neilburg. Winter is located at Mile 77.3 on the Canadian National Railway (Formerly the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway until its nationalisation in 1923.)
