Lac Beauchamp Park

Lac Beauchamp Park in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada is a large wooded park of 172 hectares built around a small lake in the middle of the suburban sprawl of the eastern part of the city. In the winter it has 15 km of ski and snowshoe trails. The lake also has a skating area. In the summer, the lake has a supervised swimming beach and canoe rentals. The ski trails are then used by amateur naturalists, hikers and bikers.

Rockcliffe Yacht Club

The Rockcliffe Yacht Club is a non-profit Yacht club based on the south shore of the Ottawa River near the Ottawa/Rockcliffe Airport in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada north of the Canada Aviation Museum. It is a 100-member “private co-op” style club. The club originally was part of CFB Rockcliffe but changed to a private club in 1984. Green's Creek {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:45|28|00|N|75|34|35|W| | |name= }} is a small tributary of the Ottawa River that flows through the community of Gloucester in eastern Ottawa. It has cut deeply into sediments of the Champlain sea, producing a complex mixture of forest types, from upland oak and pine to floodplain forest. As a consequence there are nearly 500 species of plants known from the area.

The Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre is a waste water treatment facility in the Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It provides secondary treatment to about 720,000 people It is located at 800 Green Creek Dr. , Ottawa, Ontario, and discharges to the Ottawa River. It was built in 1963 as a primary treatment plant, it was then later uprated to secondary treatment between 1988 and 1993. At the time of the upgrade, the site was named after the then Commissioner of Works.
