Nepean High School (Ottawa)
Nepean High School is a high school in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located in Westboro, at 574 Broadview Avenue. There were 1160 students enrolled for 2011-2012. Patrick McCarthy is the current principal (since Sept. 2012) replacing Rene Bibaud, the principal from 2007 to 2012. The two vice principals are Peter Wilson and Kim Elmer. The school began as a continuation program at Broadview Public School.
Westboro Station
Westboro Station is a stop on the transitway in Ottawa, Ontario. It is located in the Westboro neighbourhood, on Scott Street between Athlone and Tweedsmuir avenues. The transitway in the area is in a below-grade 'trench' parallelling Scott Street. Each platform has an elevator and stairway to the ground level above; the two sides are connected by an enclosed pedestrian bridge, and the ground-level station area also has platforms for local buses.
Dominion Station
Dominion Station is a stop on the transitway in Ottawa, Ontario. It is located north of the western edge of Westboro village, where the below-grade transitway segment joins the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway. The station is named after nearby Dominion Avenue. Opened on 29 November 1999 as an intermediate station between the long-established Lincoln Fields and Westboro stations, Dominion Station consists of two bus shelters and a grade level crosswalk rather than a true station with platforms.
Maplelawn
Maplelawn is an historic house and former estate located in Ottawa, Canada. The house was built between 1831 an 1834 as the centre of a farming estate by the Thomson family. In 1877 the Cole family bought the estate and lived there until 1989. The house is now owned by the National Capital Commission and it is a designated national historic site. It is particularly noted for the well preserved and rare walled garden next to the house, The Maplelawn Garden.
Notre Dame High School (Ottawa)
Notre Dame High School is a Catholic high school in Ottawa's west operated by the Ottawa-Carleton Catholic School Board. The school is one of the first in the area to use a uniform and one of the first in the board to ban the use of cell phones and MP3 players on the campus. The school is mainly two storeys throughout, except for the northeast corner where it features a basement in which the classrooms are almost exclusively for mathematics.

Moe's Newport Restaurant is located in the Westboro area of Ottawa, Canada, on the corner of Richmond and Churchill. Moe's is known for its pizza and Lebanese cuisine. Moe's was founded by Moe Atallah, a Lebanese refugee who fled his homeland in 1976. In Lebanon, Atallah managed his family's restaurant on the Mediterranean coast. His first job in Canada was as a dishwasher for a Greek restaurant on Rideau Street.

Highland Park is a sub-neighbourhood of Westboro, in the City of Ottawa, in the Canadian province of Ontario, located between Dovercourt Avenue and Richmond Road, Churchill Avenue and McKellar Park (west of Broadview Avenue). It is a prominently upper-class area that contains some large luxury homes along Dovercourt and a large number of middle-class low-rise apartment buildings closer to Carling Avenue.

McKellar Park is a park and sub-neighbourhood of Westboro, in the City of Ottawa, in the province of Ontario that lies to the North of the Queensway and west of Broadview Avenue. It is considered a trendy and expensive area, being close to the Westboro Village. The park has a small outdoor swimming pool, two soccer fields, two tennis courts, a baseball park and a brand new playground.
