Victory Soya Mills Silos
Victory Soya Mills Silos in the east end of Toronto's harbourfront is one of the two remaining silos from Toronto's industrial port era. They were built by E.P. Taylor Victory Mills company in 1943 to house the soy beans used by a large plant that reprocessed the soy for a variety of purposes. The abandoned silos have been a temporary home for the homeless and abandoned since the 1980s. Although a heritage site, there are no plans to renovate or reuse the building.

The Redpath Sugar Building is a sugar storage, refining and museum building in Toronto, Canada. The building is located just east of downtown at the foot of Jarvis Street at Queen's Quay.
Toronto Sun Building
The Toronto Sun Building, at 333 King Street East at Sherbourne, was home to one of Toronto's daily English language newspapers, the Toronto Sun. Built in 1975, the most notable feature of the structure was the large mural on the south side. The mural was 55 metres wide and 7.6 metres high, covering a long brick wall along King Street. It was done in 1993 for the Sun by artist John Hood to celebrate the bicentennial of the founding of York.
Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People
Founded in 1966 by Susan Douglas Rubes, as Young People's Theatre (YPT). Originally performing in the now-demolished Colonnade Theatre on Bloor Street, since the 1977-78 season, its home has been a renovated Heritage Building, originally a three-storey stables for the horses that pulled Toronto Street Railways horsecars in the late 19th century, as well as an electrical generating plant, and a Toronto Transit Commission warehouse.
Maple Leaf Mills Silos
Maple Leaf Mills Silos was one of two silo complexes that built the area between Spadina Quay and Maple Leaf Quay, on Toronto Harbour, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was also one of three silos that was found along the city's waterfront. Built in 1928, the silos marked an age when goods were being shipped into Toronto. Towards the end, the silos also marked the ports decline and the desire to remove the industrial eyesore along Toronto's waterfront. They were removed in 1983.
Sugar Beach
Sugar Beach is an urban beach park in Toronto, Canada, that opened in 2010. It is located across from Redpath Sugar Refinery in Toronto's eastern East Bayfront. Like HTO Park to the west, the beach is not meant to allow wading or swimming in Lake Ontario, but rather functions as a waterfront public space for relaxation, leisure, and social activities. The park is designed by Claude Cormier Architectes Paysagistes Inc.
East Bayfront
East Bayfront, or the East Bayfront Precinct, is an emerging neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is currently undergoing a transformation from industrial use to mixed-use as part of Waterfront Toronto's plans to create a residential and commercial district urban core near the lake. The area is bordered by the Parliament Street to the east, Jarvis Street and the Jarvis Slip to the west, and the rail line and Gardiner Expressway to the north. The area is 15.5 hectares of land.
Sherbourne Common
Sherbourne Common is a first park in Toronto that includes storm-water treatment facility and is located on Lower Sherbourne Street at Queen's Quay designed for year round public use. It is a 1.5 hectare park in a close proximity to the waterfront and the Sugar Beach.
