Battle of Lundy's Lane

The Battle of Lundy's Lane (also known as the Battle of Niagara Falls) was a battle of the Anglo-American War of 1812, which took place on 25 July 1814, in present-day Niagara Falls, Ontario. It was one of the bloodiest battles of the war, and one of the deadliest battles ever fought on Canadian soil.

Niagara Falls Memorial Arena

The Niagara Falls Memorial Arena is an arena located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1950 and has a capacity of approximately 3,000. The arena was home to various ice hockey teams in the past, including the Niagara Falls Thunder and the Niagara Falls Flyers. It currently serves as the home of the Niagara Falls Cannucks, a team in the Greater Ontario Junior B Hockey League. The city has discussed building a new arena to replace it and development is well under way.

Niagara SkyWheel

Niagara SkyWheel is a 175-foot tall Ferris wheel in the middle of Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Niagara SkyWheel is a Ronald Bussink Professional Rides designed R60 Giant Wheel, and was manufactured by Chance Rides and supplied by Chance Morgan. It opened on 17 June, 2006, at a cost of $10 million. Its 42 Swiss-manufactured fully enclosed passenger cars are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the warmer months and each can carry eight people.

St. George Serbian Orthodox Church

The St. George Serbian Orthodox Church was established by the Serbian community of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada in 1954. The church was used for regular clergy. The dance hall and stage area were built shortly after for the Serbian folklore groups, but are occasionally used for parties, and meetings. Vidovdan (also known as Serbian Day) is the celebration of the Battle of Kosovo in 1389. It has been celebrated at the grounds of the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church since 1955.

Hilton Niagara Falls Tower 2

The Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview's North Tower is a skyscraper-style hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. It was originally slated to rise 58 floors to a height of 177 metres, but the building was subsequently reduced to 53 (claimed) floors and the new height has never been publicly released. It has however clearly surpassed the Embassy Suites as tallest building in Niagara Falls and still has more than 500 rooms.

Criminals Hall of Fame

The Criminals Hall of Fame Wax Museum is a wax museum on 5751 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. One of many wax museums in the region, it is located at the top of Clifton Hill. The museum features forty wax statues of notorious criminals, from mobsters to serial killers. The museum was created in 1977 and has been open ever since.

Bradley Octagon House

The Bradley Octagon House, also called the Parker Octagon House or the James Parker Octagon House, is an historic octagon house located at 5783 Summer Street in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1906 by James Bradley, a carpenter, and it remained in his family until sold by his granddaughter Joyce Bradley in 1989. It is two storey with an octagonal cupola centered on its roof and a one storey porch on the street side.
