Waterdown, Ontario
Waterdown is a town in Canada which since 2001 has been a community of Hamilton, Ontario. On January 1, 2001 the new city of Hamilton was formed from the amalgamation of the Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth and its six municipalities: Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook, and Stoney Creek. Before amalgamation, the "old" City of Hamilton had 331,121 Hamiltonians divided into 100 neighbourhoods. The new amalgamated city has 490,268 people in over 200 neighbourhoods.
Royal Botanical Gardens (Ontario)

Bayview Junction
Bayview Junction is a major railway junction in southern Ontario Canada. It is located at the intersection of three of the nation's busiest rail lines and is a popular location for railfanning. Located at the western end of Lake Ontario, this wye junction draws its name from the view of Burlington Bay (Hamilton Harbour) to the east. Boundary Falls is a 6 metre high ribbon waterfall found near the Bruce Trail on the border of cities Burlington and Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Nearby attractions include the town of Waterdown, Rock Chapel Golf Course and Royal Botanical Gardens, Bruce Trail, Grindstone Cascade, Snake and Lower Snake Falls. Waterdown District High School is located at 215 Parkside Drive, Waterdown Ontario, and is a member of the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. The school opened in 1993 and has a 2009-2010 enrollment of 1322. The school's mission statement is "Educating students to become lifelong learners and contributing citizens in a challenging, changing, multi-cultural world.
