(update) Shimmy is from ice build up on the steel rims. The quick freeze/thaw during the winter allowed water to pool in some of the pockets in the steel rims. I think that's a design issue...

Caledonia Mills (An Daigear in Gaelic) is a community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located in Antigonish County.
