Measuring 372 metres in length, the railway bridge carried a single-track main line.

Belyea's Point Light
Belyea's Point Lighthouse is an 11 metre tall landfall lighthouse located along the Saint John River, near the community of Morrisdale. It was built in 1881, commenced operation on June 1, 1882, with Spafford Barker Belyea serving as its first keeper and later rebuilt at a slightly different location after having been damaged due to severe flooding in the 1930s. The Canadian Coast Guard owns the lighthouse, the land it is on, and maintains it.
Irving Nature Park
The Irving Nature Park is a free park developed with the intention of protecting the environment. It encompasses a total of 243 hectares (600 acres) and is sandwiched between a salt marsh and the Bay of Fundy. This environmental retreat is close to the nearby urban centre of Saint John, New Brunswick, only minutes away from the uptown area. The park is owned and operated by JD Irving and is open annually from May through October for motor-vehicle traffic.
Nerepis River
The Nerepis River is a river approximately 25 miles long, located in New Brunswick, Canada. A popular river for canoeists and anglers, it is a tributary of the Saint John River. The river has been subjected to significant environmental stress over many years. The river meets the Saint John River at Westfield, part of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, where it feeds a fresh water marsh.

Westfield Ferry
The Westfield Ferry is a cable ferry in the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The ferry crosses the Saint John River, linking Grand Bay–Westfield on the west bank to Hardings Point on the east bank. The crossing is 0.7 kilometres in length, takes 5 minutes, and free of tolls. Two ferries operate on the crossing, carrying up to 15 or 18 cars at a time respectively. The service operates with a single ferry 24 hours a day all year, with the second ferry brought into service at busy periods.
Kennebecasis Island Ferry
The Kennebecasis Island Ferry is a cable ferry crossing the Kennebecasis River in the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The ferry links Summerville on the Kingston Peninsula with Kennebecasis Island. The crossing is 0.5 kilometres in length, takes 5 minutes, and is free of tolls. The single ferry carries up to 12 cars at a time, and operates during the ice-free period, generally from May to November. The service runs from 0700 until 1900 or later, depending on the day and time of year.
Fort Boishebert
Fort Boishébert (originally known as Fort Nerepis) is a National Historic Site of Canada located at modern day Woodmans Point in the town of Grand Bay–Westfield, Kings County, New Brunswick, Canada. Located at the confluence of the Saint John River and Nerepis rivers, the fort may have had its origins as a fortified aboriginal village. Prince of Wales, New Brunswick
Prince of Wales is a Canadian rural community in Saint John County, New Brunswick. It is located just west of the city of Saint John. The community was settled in 1783 by Loyalist Lieutenant Colonel Gabiel DeVeber, who was a member of the Prince of Wales American Regiment (PoWAR). The PoWAR fought in the American Revolutionary War. The community was a farming and lumbering community in the 19th century. The Shore Line Railway ran through the community, which has since been abandoned.
Fort Howe
Fort Howe was built by the British during the American Revolution shortly after the American Siege of Saint John (1777), to protect Saint John from further American raids. The 18th and 19th century British Army fortification is built in present-day New Brunswick, Canada at the mouth of the Saint John River where it empties into the Bay of Fundy. The site of the fort is now located within the city of Saint John. Fort Howe includes a replica of the blockhouse that once stood at Fort Howe.
South Bay, New Brunswick
South Bay is a suburban Canadian community in Saint John County, New Brunswick. Located within the city of Saint John, the community is located west of the former city of Lancaster and was amalgamated into Saint John with that city in 1967. South Bay derives its name from a small bay of the same name that is formed by Green Head, an island located in the Saint John River that separates South Bay from the Reversing Falls gorge.
St. John River expedition
The St. John River expedition was an attempt by a small number of militia commanded by John Allan to bring the American Revolutionary War to Nova Scotia in late 1777. With minimal logistical support from Massachusetts and approximately 100 volunteer militia and Natives, Allan's forces occupied the small settlement at the mouth of the St. John River in June 1777. The settlement's defense was weakened by the war effort and that Americans quickly occupied it and took prisoner British sympathizers.
