The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) is a regional district in the Canadian province of British Columbia, Canada, comprising the City of Kelowna and its surrounding bedroom municipalities. Prospera Place
Prospera Place, formerly known as Skyreach Place, is a 6,886-seat multi-purpose arena, in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. It replaced Kelowna Memorial Arena, which is still in use for smaller events. Built in 1999, it is home to the Kelowna Rockets hockey club. The arena hosted the Memorial Cup in 2004. William R. Bennett Bridge
The William R. Bennett Bridge is a pontoon bridge in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. Completed on May 25, 2008, the bridge replaced the older Okanagan Lake Bridge built in to link Downtown Kelowna to West Kelowna across Okanagan Lake as part of Highway 97. On April 21, 2005, Premier Gordon Campbell officially renamed the bridge from the Okanagan Lake Bridge to William R. Bennett Bridge in honour of former Premier William Richards Bennett, a native of Kelowna.
Apple Bowl
The Apple Bowl is a multi-purpose stadium located at the Parkinson Recreation Area in Kelowna, British Columbia. It is the home of the Okanagan Sun of the Canadian Junior Football League and the Okanagan Challenge of the Pacific Coast Soccer League. Besides hosting field events, it has a rubberized 400m running track and facilities for other track and field events. The stadium seats 1,054 in the grandstand, and an additional 1,200 on aluminum bleachers.

Waterscapes is built on what was once the industrial and railroad section of Kelowna and has now turned into a neighbourhood of high end condominiums.
