Beltline, Calgary
The Beltline is a region of central Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The area is located immediately to the south of Calgary's downtown (south of 9th Avenue and the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks), and is sometimes considered part of downtown. The neighbourhood is bound on the south by the popular 17th Avenue, on the west by 14th Street West and on the east by the Elbow River. The first established district in the neighbourhood was Connaught in 1905, followed by Victoria Park in 1914.

The building was built between 1915 and 1918 for an original cost of $282,051 Canadian dollars. The building was designed by Thomas W. Fuller and the project was supervised locally by Calgary architect Leo Dowler. The structure was actually built by A.G. Creelman Co. of Vancouver. The building is located at 801 11th Street S.W.

Cliff Bungalow, Calgary
Cliff Bungalow is an inner city residential neighbourhood in the south-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. Centered along 5 Street SW, it is bordered by Elbow River to the south, by Uptown 17th Avenue to the north and by Fourth Street to the east. Cliff Bungalow was developed on land owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway in the 1870s. It was mainly populated by CPR employees, due to the convenient distance from the district to CPR headquarters and railyards.
Roxboro, Calgary
Roxboro is an inner city residential neighbourhood in the south-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is bounded to the north and west by the Elbow River and to the south by 33 Avenue S. West of Roxboro, in a bend of the Elbow River, lies the community of Rideau Park. Rideau Park was established in 1911, and Roxboro in 1923. Buildings from that period still stand today. Both were designated as communities of the city in 1967.
