Commonwealth Stadium (Edmonton)
Commonwealth Stadium is an outdoor stadium located in the McCauley neighbourhood of Edmonton, Alberta. It is primarily used by the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. Opened in 1978 the stadium is owned and operated by the City of Edmonton and was built for the 1978 Commonwealth Games. With a permanent seating capacity of over 60,000, Commonwealth Stadium is the second-largest stadium in the CFL behind Olympic Stadium in Montreal, 66,308.

The Edmonton Folk Music Festival is an annual four-day outdoor music event held the second weekend of August in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, established in 1980 by Don Whalen. The festival continues to draw many people from around the world as both spectators and performers. The current producer of the festival is Terry Wickham. The festival showcases performers in many genres. Most years, folk, celtic, bluegrass, blues, gospel, roots, and worldbeat acts perform.
Edmonton-Gold Bar
Edmonton-Gold Bar is a provincial electoral district, in Alberta, Canada. The district is one of 87 in the province mandated to return a single member to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta using the first past the post method of voting. The district is primarily urban and located in the central east portion of city of Edmonton. It was created in the 1971 boundary redistribution from part of Strathcona East. The district was a stronghold for Liberal candidates from 1986 to 2012.
Stadium (ETS)
Stadium Station is a station on the LRT system (Capital Line) in McCauley, Edmonton. It is operated by the Edmonton Transit System. The station opened on April 22, 1978, and is one of the original five stations on the LRT system. Stadium Station is located between Churchill Station and Coliseum Station. The station serves Edmonton's Norwood area and the Edmonton Commonwealth Stadium and Recreation Centre.
Mill Creek Ravine
Mill Creek Ravine is located in south Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The end of the ravine opens onto the North Saskatchewan River valley near the west end of Cloverdale on the opposite bank from downtown. The creek is "named after a grist mill established by William Bird in 1878,". The creek starts on 17th street west and 34 avenue north in Millwoods and flows northward to an outfall near 92 avenue north between the neighborhoods of Strathcona and Bonnie Doon.
St. Joseph Seminary (Edmonton, Alberta)
St. Joseph Seminary is a Roman Catholic Seminary located in Edmonton, Alberta. It is dedicated to forming men for the priesthood of Jesus Christ. The Seminary first opened its doors in September 1927 by Archbishop Henry Joseph O'Leary. The Seminary moved from downtown Edmonton to St. Albert Trail in 1957 and is currently attached to Newman Theological College. In 2007 the province bought the seminary's land in order to build Alberta Highway 216, requiring the seminary to vacate in June 2009.

The Dawson Bridge is a bridge that spans the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In early 2010, it underwent repairs, and later reopened on December 20, 2010.

The Grierson Centre is a minimum security institution in Downtown Edmonton. It is run and operated by Correctional Service of Canada. The site of the Grierson Centre was originally the North-West Mounted Police's headquarters in Edmonton.
